honestly a conversion for the mg3 to become the mg42 would be okay imo since an mg3 is basically an mg42 chambered in 7.62x51 instead of the original mg42 which used the 7.92 mauser
the triple core railgun is the version of the railgun that appeared in the rogue one (?) event map, which required a killstreak to access it and win a badge. coincidentally, this was also the update that launched skins. (if i recall all of this correctly) (also the event one had only one projectile per shot, but the same exact fire sound and 3 magsize)
I somehow ended up in his server during this which was sick. I got to pick up a few of these mod guns and try ‘em out. Thanks for the amazing content strider and for shooting me in the head with a railgun 😂
mg42 wasn't hated but it was too overpowered. the penetration was on par with old mg3 (ap mg3 had 4.5 studs). it had the mg3's current reload time and better walkspeed. the top rpm was somewhere near 1620 which put it at close to an94 2sk head but with 50 rounds. mg42 my beloved..
they should unironically add a gun similar to the railgun, but have a really long cooldown after each shot, and require you to hold down the trigger for x amount of time before the bullet is actually fired (So basically "charging it up")
if you use the sawed off with the boom stock it says BOOM on the side in DOOM text, and also if you use the second alt aim its the original doom 2 super shotgun view
