      사람마다 달라서 황동 에이징되는걸 좋아하시는 분들도 많으시던데
      저처럼 보기 싫고 항상 닦아주는걸 원하는 사람들에게는 이런 커버가 찰떡인거 같습니다:)

    Beautiful & great idea! I have one of these lovely knives, and find the front screw very uncomfortable for my fingers, so the leather would help not only improve grip, but minimize the feel of the screw!

      Thank you!
      Exactly, no bumps with that screws and more grip + nice and buttery texture of the gorgeous Barenia calfskin😉👍🏻

    Bravo! Another beautiful video to enjoy this Saturday. What cream do you rub on the edge paint after the bee's wax?

    Nice work indeed - will the blade not cut through the stitches when you place the guard over perhaps a welt inclusion to prevent this from happening….Apologies if you have this covered already…..?

    • @AtelierSANGBLEU
      @AtelierSANGBLEU  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! The tiny welt was included on the end cap stitching area so that the blade will not cut through the stitching😉👍🏻 But, as it is a really tight and slim sheath design, I should always put the end cap in carefully🤗

    Great work. On one video I saw you placed a white plastic sheet between the leather and the cutting board when you punched holes. May I ask what it is and what function it had? Thank you.

    • @AtelierSANGBLEU
      @AtelierSANGBLEU  ปีที่แล้ว

      Just a paper was under the leather, which helps clear punching results without extruding too hard on the back side of the holes

    I bought it with 2 different blades, but don't like it. The chief 2-3 dollar with NT or Olfa blade is much better. The south African guy Terek makes blade for this handle is better but over 35$ costs.

    • @AtelierSANGBLEU
      @AtelierSANGBLEU  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree with that, the original blade from them is not that great. But thin blades like olfa cutters are bending when we cut the sturdy leathers. That is why we need these kinds of blade and these guys always need to be resharpened every time we use them🥹

    • @bazlur-Vancouver
      @bazlur-Vancouver 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@AtelierSANGBLEU Use a large NT or Olfa Utility knife .18mm Ratchet Lock Heavy-Duty Utility Knife and buy with a black color carbon blade that is sharper than stainless steel. it doesn't bend and you can cut a thick layer of skin. I used to use that knife before, but I have now many knives, even Japanese knives for leather from 7-8 companies.

      @AtelierSANGBLEU  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for your recommendations, I will consider that knives as well!😉🙏🏻
