    This series completely exceeded my expectations, I love how it was centred around people of colour. The message I got was just live, be free. I got a feeling of a new kind of world is being created, where there is no judgement and we live and let live. Nala was amazing in this interview, so stylish and beautiful! peace x

    I’m genuinely trying to understand the transgender community because I see the suffering they go through, so if someone is willing to answer a few questions I’d really appreciate it. 😊
    1. When someone gets full reassignment, hormones, vagina, breasts, do they get a period? If so, PMS?
    2. During the transition period, are they able to maintain their jobs?
    3. I notice there are gay men whose mannerisms are “straight”, so much so that many didn’t know they were gay (eg Nate Burkus), while others are more exaggerated in their mannerisms. Are the “female” mannerisms natural, or is there a tendency to practice “acting like a woman”?
    4. Can someone please explain when to use the pronouns “it” and “they”?
    Thank

      as a pre op trans fem i do like a lotttt of research about this kind of stuff lol so I only know so much but from what I've read full reassignment does include everything you listed unless they choose to not change the genitals but if they do, they don't get bloody periods but hormonal periods. a lot of trans women lose their jobs when their gender status is found out

    Hello beauitul people! I don't know if this comment section is being checked anymore buuutt...I wanted to say that I am writing a sci fi book. I am a white female presenting non binary person and my main character is a black trans woman. I will not be writing about what its like experience what that's like. But, I do want to make sure that I do the community justice by making sure I don't write anything offensive by mistake / would like have opinions on the best way to depict the character, etc. I am looking for a penpal and am struggling. Looking everywhere at this point. Have any suggestions?

      So, you want to benefit from black people. As if you, as a white female, not already have all you need. Now, you want to capitalize off of black topics, black pain, black issues. Please write about the audacity from white females like you, who think that they have the right to get rich from black people's topic. As if your people not already got rich from slavery and colonisation.

      And your not kind, but here we are. Obviously she knows herself better than you. Find something constructive to do with your time. It's sad to see the lack of love people have that pushed them to such low places. Find love baby. Self-love, community love and a godly love. Hatred just hurt people like you who choose to misunderstand people. People like this young lady that is out here living her life while you...type.

    • @cab1stborn
      @cab1stborn 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@realniqqa101 Lol your attempt to posture and soap box was extremely poor. If you think the reason I believe this is because I lack love I think you may need to go outside and look at how the worlds works. This is not a real woman, he cannot carry a child and he doesn’t have the nurturing capacity to handle the pain and suffering that women go through on a daily basis. The fact that you think putting on a dress makes you a woman is an insult to the women who I’ve worked hard to be where they are now, and the women that continue to break barriers and be great. Also, it’s “you’re” not “your”. You should know that if you’re going to try and insult my intelligence by insisting my belief in science is due to a lack of “love”. Instead of attempting to personally attack me maybe thing of an actual argument that could make me consider your point of view.
