They posted the behind the scenes of them distributing the lines. Maybe Yuju didn’t feel like doing the high belting parts because Ailee asked Lily and Yuju what lines they wanted.

this is quite common with covers of big songs/hits, they only restricted it to korea only. it could be due to copyright reasons or they haven't gotten full clearance yet
