I know, I can respect that it's a fan fight and that it may "make sense," but BitS has had a battle with Nightwing once before against Gambit and in that battle they didn't have him kill! and I'm sure there have been previous battles that the loser didn't die as well! It's those little details you pay attention too the bring the full story together. Besides the writing, this is an overall great battle, but that one mistake can ruin it all for some.
Wolverine vs Wonder Woman is literally the most uneven fight they've done. Wonder Woman is just about as powerful as Superman and Superman would kick the living fuck out of Wolverine.
Although this would be an epic battle I would definitely put my money on Nightwing. Nightwing is literally one of THE best hand to hand combatants in the DC universe, in my opinion he's only bested by Batman. He's was trained for almost a decade by the dark knight himself giving him an incredible knowledge of criminology and fighting tactics. If you put that together with his vast arsenal of technology fit to take on the largest of opponents, and his near genius level intellect, he would be too quick and too smart for Winter Soldier to handle.
