No not everyone There's people that badly hurt dogs. I literally just saw a vid of a labrador that was shot and left for dead that got rescued while unconscious bc he was bleeding out. He's OK now but point is no not everyone deserves a dog or animal of any sort. The amount of dogs and puppies that get abused and left for dead is terrifying
