I think all carriage tours should be done away with. The traffic in Is center city is Endless. Between the city streets getting dug up all the time. And blockages for everything you can Possibly imagine. People trying to get their kids 2 in from school and get to work.There is no place for them anymore. Let them get a real job.❗️👍
Horses need jobs and can get depressed. The horse is part of the charm. We probably smell bad to them too. Horses are smarter. I wouldn't ride on it. They can use Horses without it being inhumane. The inhumane thing is loud noises and loud lousy music from cars.

Bring back real horses to Philadelphia and perhaps many should move back to California and Stay the eff outta philly.
