I stopped playing bl3 pretty early in its life cycle not only due to the nerfs but also because of irl things so, sadly these are the guns i remember most
The Hellshock still absolutely wrecks. Especially with Amara, you can barrel stuff enemies to take full advantage of Personal Space and not worry about downing yourself with splash. It's also a good farmable gun to take out the Calypsos on a Normal or TVHM playthrough (shock for guardians in last mission fight, and incendiary for COV/Tyrene).
You forgot the Flakker. It's a hard one to say which Torgue shotgun got the most shafted (Bangsticks, Flakker, and Lob), but Flakker was meta defining at least for a while, while the Bangstick did cause Torgue stickies overall to be decreased, it happened so quickly a lot of people don't remember it anymore. The Flakker was jerked around so much people don't realize it's actually good again.
Eh. The linc was never great, compared to all the other pistols. But I guess it could be considered as forgotten as it couldn't drop for a while, and then it couldn't drop with an anointment. Another literal forgotten piece of gear was the Mongol. Just had no drop source for almost a year after release. Same with the RYNAH, which took almost 2 years for it to officially drop in game.

By the time I was put onto the Night Hawkin, it was already too late. I've heard lost of sad thing though
I still love the King’s/Queens’s Call for bossing. But it’s true that it’s difficult to farm :(
Honestly, it wouldn't be too bad, but tyreen is a PAIN to farm in general. Good thing she has no really amazing drops
