    We call it "Palets bretons" (Breton Pucks, from the shuffleboard game) ! You made them perfectly and as I already tried to cook them, it's hard to shape them haha. Great job, as always.

      비슷한데 다른 거 같아요!
      이브에서 먹던 파이는 '갈레트 데 루아'라고 여럿이 나눠먹을 수 있는 좀 큰 파이에요:)
      주님공헌대축일에 먹는 건데 원래는 안에 작은 도자기 인형(페브)를 넣는다해요:D

      갈레트 galette란 말 자체가 밀가루반죽을 얇게 민것을 말합니다. 그래서 한국식 전도 불어로 galette라 합니다. 메밀 가루로 만든 크레프도 갈레트라 합니다. 갈레트 데 루아 Galette des rois는 아몬드크림이 들어 있는 파이입니다. 이 파이는 새해가 지난 후 첫번째 주말에 먹습니다.

    Bretagne에 사는데 아직 이걸 직접 만들어 먹는 사람을 못 봤다. 손도 많이 가고 이렇게 이쁘게 하기도 쉽지 않으니. 하기야 쉽게 수제 갈레트도 사 먹을 수 있으니까.

    Those are « palets » bretons because of their thickness, « galettes » are thinner

    안녕하세요~~ 쿠키만들때 슈가파우더 들어가는레시피가 많던데 일반 설탕하곤 무슨차이인가요?? 슈가파우더대신 설탕을 넣어도되나요?? 된다면 파우더양보다 좀 줄여서 넣어야되나요~??

      이 쿠키는 많이 퍼지는 편이라서 틀 없이 구우면 모양이 예쁘게 나오지 않을 수 있어요~
      머핀 틀이나 무스링을 사용해 구우셔도 좋답니다~
