    바닐라와 초코 쿠키에 가나슈를 샌드해 고소한 버터 쿠키 샌드를 만들었어요~
    두가지 맛 쿠키를 구워 샌드하니 색도 더 예쁘고 맛도 달콤해서 더 맛있는 것 같아요~^^
    따로 가나슈를 샌드하지 않고 그냥 먹어도 고소하고 맛있답니다~~
    반죽이 되직한 편이라서 오븐 팬에 팬닝할 때 힘 주어 꾹 눌러 가며 팬닝해야 예쁜 모양이 만들어지는 것 같아요~
    170도 오븐에서 15분 정도 구우면 다 익지만 색이 너무 연하면 1~2분 정도 더 구우면 먹음직스러운 색이 나더라구요~~

    ▶재료
    무염버터 100g
    슈가파우더 50g
    달걀 25g
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    박력분 140g
    무염버터 100g
    슈가파우더 60g
    달걀 25g
    바닐라익스트랙 2g
    박력분 110g
    코코아파우더 20g
    다크초콜릿 50g
    생크림 25g
    ▶레시피
    1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더를 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
    2. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞고 짤주머니에 담은 뒤 오븐 팬에 동그랗게 짜고 170도 예열된 오븐에서 15~17분 정도 굽는다.
    3. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더를 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
    4. 박력분과 코코아파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 짤주머니에 담고 오븐 팬에 팬닝하고 170도 예열된 오븐에서 15~17분 정도 굽고 식힌다.
    5. 다크초콜릿과 생크림을 전자레인지에 30초 정도 데운 뒤 섞고 식혀 짤주머니에 담는다.
    6. 쿠키를 뒤집어 식힌 가나슈를 짜고 다른 쿠키로 덮어 샌드한다.

    100g Unsalted butter
    50g Powdered sugar
    25g Egg
    2g Vanilla extract
    140g Cake flour
    100g Unsalted butter
    60g Powdered sugar
    25g Egg
    2g Vanilla extract
    110g Cake flour
    20g Cocoa powder
    50g Dark chocolate
    25g Whipping cream

    초코로만 만들어 먹어봤는데 진짜 맛있어요ㅠㅠ 반죽 짤 때 손아 부들부들거려서 고생했다는ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 팬닝이 생각보다 얇게 되더라구요. 깍지때문인지는 몰라도ㅎㅎ 그래서 170도 15분 돌렸더니 살~~~~~~~짝 탔어요. 그 뒤에꺼는 12분쯤 돌려주니 딱 알맞게 있었습니당. 오늘도 맛있는 레시피 감사합니다~~~!

    초코 쿠키 만들었는데 많이 달지 않고 가볍게 우유랑 먹기 좋은 쿠키인 것 같아요^^
    오븐에 165도 15분 정도 하면 겉은 살짝 바삭하고 안은 사르르 부셔지는 정도로 되요~

    제가 어릴때 다녔던 학원 상가 지하에 작은 양과점이 있었습니다. 두 개 천원으로 자주 먹었던 쿠키였는데 제 추억의 쿠키가 이 레시피랑 정말 흡사하네요.. 어릴때 먹었던 건 초코 버터링 두 개가 붙은 8자모양 쿠키에 가나슈를 샌드해서 위에 살짝 초코 옷을 입혔었습니다.. 쿠킹트리님이 만드신 버전은 더 세련되고 고급스러운 느낌이 들어요! 하지만.. 저는 이 레시피로 초코 반죽만 두 배로 해서 제 추억의 과자를 만들어 보려고 합니다 ㅎㅎ 어릴적 추억을 떠올리게 해 주셔서 감사해요. 만들어서 맛있게 먹겠습니다

    크리스마스 선물하려고 보고 그대로 만들어봤어요!!!
    하기전에 댓글 다 읽어봤는데 짜는게 ㄱ그렇게 힘들다고 짤주도 많이 터트렸다고 하셔서 겁먹고? 시도해봤는데 요령을 찾으니까 성공했어요!! 반죽나오는 바로 윗부분을 누르면서 하니까 잘 나와용 그리고 짤때도 최대한 바닥에 붙여서 짜니까 모양이 흐트러지지 않더라구요!! 처음에 붕 띄워서 짜니까 모양이 안나오고 반죽도 안떨어지려고 하더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋ 처음 몇 개 빼고는 대성공했습니다!! 수량은 쿠킹트리님이랑 똑같은 레시피로해서 기본+초코 각각 20개 이상 나온것같아요!! 초코가 더 많이나온듯,,, 맛은 생각보다 덜 달았고 식감은 완전 버터링이었어요!! 샌드하게되면 딱 맛있을것같아용 ㅎㅎ 덕분에 잘 만들었습니당😊😊

    거품기 터시는거 처음봤어요!! 맨날 거품기에 크림 잔뜩 묻혀 놓고 다음 장면으로 넘어가서 시원하게 탕탕 터는 장면 보고 싶었는데 드디어 보내요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    Tried it since everyone said it worked for them but sadly my dough didn't get even close to that creamy :/
    It was way too thick to be pumped so now I am just making regular cookies out of it since I don't want to waste it.

    이사오며 오븐도 생겼고~ 뭐 만들어볼까 하다가 아부지께서 버터링 드시고 싶다 하셔서 만들어 봤어요😍
    제가 만든 쿠키는 가장자리가 노릇노릇하게 구워져서 버터맛은 잘 안났지만 가운데는 촉촉하면서 맛있었어요🤤 쿠키트리님 덕분에 제 인생 첫 쿠키 성공이예용❤

    초코버터링만 가나슈를 따로 샌드해먹지 않고 그냥 먹었는데요 그냥 먹으니까 살짝 단맛이 부족하지 않나 싶네요 저처럼 달달한거 좋아하시는분들은 슈가파우더 10g정도 더 넣어셔도 괜찮을거같아요

    영어 자막 다시는분이 누군지 모르겠지만 오역하는듯.
    9:18에 한국어로 "실바니안 강아지도 먹고 싶은가봐요" 라고 쓰여있는데
    영어로는 "실마니안 강아지를 먹고 싶어요" 라는 맹락의 문장이 쓰여있네요;;
    이 채널 처음보는 사람들은 좀 당황할듯..

    애들 설날 장거리이동할때 간식으로 주려고 굽는중인데 와... 짜는데 팔이 부들부들 거리더라구요.. 50원짜리 동전크기가 최선... 겨우 8개 짜고 그냥 손으로 모양잡았습니다ㅎㅎㅎ
    그 조만한 반죽 8개 짜는데 땀까지 삐질 나더군요 ㅋㅋㅋ 쿠킹트리님 정말 대단합니다.. 몇개 짜고 도저히 이건 믿을 수 없어서 다시 영상을 봐도 쿠킹트리님의 부드럽기 그지없는 손놀림과 반죽의 모양에 새삼 존경스럽습니다!!! 애들이 잘 먹어줬으면 좋겠네요 ! 항상 좋은 레시피 감사합니다! :)

    What happens if I use granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar?
    Will it affect the texture?

      Yes it will because powdered sugar is very fine and granulated sugar has granules your cookies will have small chunks of sugar that will be visible

    Tried this recipe and it turned out well. They are a little on the dry side but I’m guessing that’s my bad for baking them to long😂🤷‍♀️

    I would appreciate if you answered my question, is 25grams one egg? Or how many eggs did you need to make a batch of cookies.

      From other recipes I've seen they use one egg so its likely the same however if the mixture still ends up being too dry to pipe you can try adding a drop of milk if it helps

    Don’t mind me, just putting a reminder to myself if I want to remake it.
    Temperature: 170 degree Celsius
    Time: 11min (top, bottom heat with fan)
    Non-Choco ones use only 100g flour, easier to pipe and smoother(melts more). Less than 15min
