Never seen this Carpet Cleaner before

I have the same model and I think it has an issue, could you tell me if yours behaves in the same way, please? While I am using it, if I move the unit at an inclination of around 60 degrees it pauses, the vacuum stops working but then if I reduce the inclination to around 40° the unit works. Assistance says it's normal but I had another S5 in the past and I remember it was not working this way...
