Hey brother , just wanted to say thanks for guiding me through . I just wanted to add on my methods of getting the job done in a apartment ! -Bought a bearing a seal tap kit & seal puller tool from Harbor freight -bought a 1-7/8 socket to tap pinion seal in -bought a grinder bit for a dremel , cut the needle bearing on opposite sides , once i seen i cut all the way through , i took a screw driver and with one hammer swing she split in half and fell out . (Took me 5 mins for needle bearing) -bought a 1-1/2 socket , took a dremel with cutting wheel and cut me a key socket for the pinion nut.( wanted to make one for front diff aswell) To remove pinion bearing , i sat it bearing on 3 Deepwell socket , and hit the pinion through. And used 2 sockets to put new bearing back on . You made this way simpler and saved me alot of time my man !
Nice job just let ya know 1 1/2 “ square tube fits the 4 grooves on that pinion nut perfectly turn it out with a pipe wrench on the tube have a piece in my tool box for this job way cheeper than can am tool lol
It's not a rebuild if you're not checking / setting the preload and backlash. This is just swapping seals and bearings. Not the complete job being done.
Wish I live close to you, can learn alot hanging with you....Great job...👍👍👍
Thanks and thanks for watching
My BuRP is a 2003 outlander I did this a few years ago
Nice design on the puller. I made my puller too but mine is a bit different

I don’t think Canned Ham’s have the same quality as a Honda. Great video. Happy New Year!
Too much horsepower and torque, that's why stuff gets worn fast lol

How to change diff direction? My bike is turning opposition way , if i put in foward gear the diff is turning the opposite side
Doin one of these soon. Shouldn't be as much bother as this one.
Hi, great video. I didn't see you change the ware ring on the drive shaft. I'm scratching my head working how to do this on the bike.
These models don't have a wear ring. You have to replace the yoke. It's about 30 bucks.
Need to get a blind bearing puller
You didnt use screew glue? In manual written loctite🤔
I like the axle puller. I'll have to make me one.
They can be a life saver at times. I think I have three different ones for different size axles.
Where did you get that hoodie?
My good buddy gave it to me lol
