I know these videos don't get many views, but I greatly appreciate them nonetheless. In the military we play card games and solitaire to pass the time and it's always fun to learn a new one. I hope to continue seeing more of these videos.
My fave solitaire game! Takes up little space and keeps you thinking. But I play the tableau piles "circular," as well as the foundations, meaning you can play a King on an Ace. AND you can only go through your deck once. Not so easy to win!
Could you please teach how to play Napoleon's tumb solitaire? There's very little videos about it and I don't think I understood very much, but it seems interesting.
I feel a little odd commenting on a two year old video, but do you know if there are a limited number of redeals? It seems to me like you can't lose if you have infinite redeal.
Excellent question. I like to play the tableau as circular and do put kings on aces. I don't like an ace top card 'retiring' that pile. Thanks for the note!
@@jackthecat4266 Chance of winning this one is admittedly high. Sometimes it’s a welcome change to a scorpion, or a free cell, or Australian patience! Thx for the note.

It is my pleasure, and rest assured there are more videos on the way. Stay safe - and thank you for the kind note!
I appreciated your note from a few years ago. And with Veterans Day tomorrow, I thought I would send you a note and say hello! Hope all is well.
I always get excited when you show us more ways to play cards. 😊
Thank you, this one is fun!
You're welcome!
What a great little game. Definitely adding it to my repertoire!! Thank you! ♥️
My pleasure!

I like that variance. Thanks for writing in. Enjoy!
I really enjoyed this game a lot and I’ve been playing it a lot lately, thank you for the recommendation
My pleasure!
Very good video, and relaxing
Thank you!

So glad you suggested learning more about this game. It's really fun. Spoiler Alert: it will be my next video! Be sure to check it out. Thanks!!

Not at all! It's never too late to write a note. According to my notes, there are no redeals allowed, unfortunately. Let me know if you win!
No re deal. Makes it more challenging and fun lol
Is the tableau circular like the foundations? can the king go on top of the ace?

Really nice video. Well explained, I have only one question, are there infinite re-deal? In that case wouldn't it be always winnable?
The official rules are silent on number of re-deals so I suggest limiting to 2 at first, then advancing to 1 at most. Best of luck!!
@@SolitaireWithTheCardGuy thank you again
So is there no way to lose this game? I know in a lot of other solitaire games you can still lose

1:00 7 times riffle shuffle - you can't be serious. 3 is enough.
Hi, I'm from Brazil, I like to play solitaire variants. Could you put subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese? Thank you for your attention.
I did see this game! I think 4 seasons is an alternative name for vanishing cross! th-cam.com/video/fsBRcWvC4lI/w-d-xo.html
