I have is a DSV DTF machine...
I clean my print head now when I press the button on front of the printer it won't turn on ...how can I get it to turn on???..I can turn it on the back of the printer on the front button won't work

Dom! Mine is showing the two red lights after I cleaned it ! I even did what you just did ! I don’t know what’s wrong with it ?! It was my first time to do maintenance on it ! It sounds like it’s stuck and can’t move ?!
I bougth the Prestige A3+ R and had similar symptoms, the red flashing light. I used an air duster to help remove dust particles and it worked!!! Seems like the sensors are very sensitive. Thank you for the tip.

I had a good working unit and want to clean it up, so I used some compressed air for PC, not much but enough to f^^k up my printer. Now I'm stuck with this error, fml.
I have the two red lights blinking but not at the same time. And the print head will not move. I dunno if it’s jammed but I can’t get it to move

What happens when nothing works. Bought my printer Dec 2023 it’s been nothing but red lights. Both lights blink at the same time done everything you have said and nothing works
You might have to buy a waste ink key depending on your software

That fixed my Flashing red light problem. But I also can not get my Green on light to come on. What do I need to do to get this to work. I have only had this printer for 2 months.
I’m really happy that it fixed your flashing lights! They can be quite tricky when first starting out!
When it comes to the green light many variables can cause issues
The reason why? If only I knew… DTF Printers are a whole can of worms.. You never know what you’ll find / experience next…

@Wholeprinting it's alright bro. And I've just been killing the main power and returning it on every time I use it to fix it. Wish I knew how to fix it for good so I don't have to so that every time
@noh9studio I have recently purchased the Prestige A3+ R and have already had to replace the print head. Only 3 weeks old and now i can print 4 or 5 prints then I get the two flashing red lights. Have you had any other issues?
Wow.. I am just setting my printer up and it has 2 red flashing lights. I haven't even got to print on my prestige too.
The exact same thing happened to me. New print head and we still cant get this thing to work. Ghosting images, constant errors and NO support from the company. Please say away from this device.

Depends on how you take care of it... You give it love it will last many years. You give it nothing and you don't respect it. It will be what you give it

Mine is only showing ink out error when all my cartridges are full. Not sure how to reset it

There’s lots of things that can cause this* we will make more videos about other possible problems but the most common problem is dust on sensors

@@srdesigneredition6407 are you using the page setup? If you want to move the image the image must be smaller than 11”x16”
What does the sensors look like? The fanning and blowing in that area didn’t work. Lights still flashing. help!
