I have a how to download mods tutorial, you could use that but this one is a bit different, instead of it giving the game.exe you take the UWUTSandbox or Sandbox.jar and put it in any mod and just open it ( uwutsandbox for uwut engine mods and sandbox for vanilla engine )
If you're on PC watch my tutorial, on android its an APK so you should know how to install it ( You can't on Apple / iOS ), you can find mods on the forums ( type aoh2 forums on google you should see it )
This is even better than the Bloody Europe 2 "Super Sandbox" mode

Yea you dont need to take the original mods exe out, you can put the jar in and open it ( you need java installed for this i show in my tutorial )

What do you mean? You can use God Mode mod on any mod as far as im aware ( atleast on pc i cant guarantee mobile )
