I use the female end of the buckles from the attacks traps they sell for the plate carrier and they hooked in fine they were both ends made for Molle straps
Park james,this summer I upgraded to a mystery ranch metcalf and gave my ILBE to one of my best friends. I will always keep my eye out for another one, but man the MR packs are the BMWs of packs. I will be doing a presentation of how I have my MR set up.
@@49thParallelwildernessrescue wow thats unexpected! Is it true what they say? Much better than the issued military gears? I bought Eberlestock V90 Battleship. Its a huge military and alpine style pack just like the ILBE main pack. But for some reason ILBE pack is more comfortable to me. Never tried MR packs before.

How do you attach your k-series padded straps to it
There are 4 plastic d rings on the carrier. Your strap ends have a folded ear . End of straps go through D ring and secure by the ear.
