So, how will my work experience count? What is the necessary proof of paper needed for claim work ex?
Hello didi If we are doing CA or due to any reason we are unable to clear it or in between we are thinking to drop CA (in between due to any reason say attempts OR even in our first attempt of ca foundation we are thinking not to continue further) And we had done our graduation from a normal(local) college but had a good cat score so will I be able to get into top iims say (iim Ahemdabad) does it matter that if we are doing CA so we need to complete it then only IIM (like Ahemdabad) will accept us. Or 2nd Senario- if we failed in ca final level but have a graduation from a normal college and a good cat percentile so will I be able to get admission into top iims or not. I also want to ask is work experience after ca compulsory (if we had completed our degree)to get into IIMs Or accept us without work exp also if we failed in ca then. Di I had this confusion about IIMA criteria what does it mean by being in 20% UG course I mean since I am pursuing bba among all the bba graduates I have to be under 20% scorer and do you roughly have an idea on how much will it be like above 90% or 95%??

Internships aren't considered as work-experience, so your experience will be counted from Feb'23 till July'23 when you fill up the CAT exam. During IIM form filling (for interview rounds), it will be counted till Jan'24. Required proofs: The work experience claimed by the candidate must be supported by a letter from the employer(s) with authorized signatory on company letterhead stating the start date, end date, position/designation, and a brief description of the role/responsibility. It is necessary to submit the payslip(s) from each employer(s). For self-employed and family businesses, proof of company registration/relevant licenses/taxes paid are to be furnished in case payslip is not available. (Source: IIM Calcutta's admission guidelines)

Not any issue. I had 2 years of gap. Not even a single question was asked in any interview. I had calls from all the 20 IIMs. Dont worry, just focus on acing CAT 2023 Joining IIM B 29 may onwards

I have a confusion regarding building my profile from scratch.
I have also seen many of your videos regarding that also. Buy i specifically wanted to know that do i have a chance of beating others of different high profile at B schools even if i have good cat marks ?? Also what all exceptionally different best things should i do now to make sure i am ready to compete their because as a science you have less videos regarding how do they survive with totally upside down subjects.

I have 75 percent in 10th and 80 present in 12th ( science) and nit so good percentage in graduation.... So iim B will select me as 10 and 12 having 15 percent weight each... So do they select me irrespective of board percentage when I will be scoring too much good marks in CAT exam itself? Plz reply?

I have just complted my 2nd year of graduation and I'm planning to give CAT 2023.
I will begin the preparation right now i.e. in may 2023, I am not able to decide if I should wait and give the exam in 2024 with good preparation or start the classes right now and give a shot at 2023 exams.
But mam as you have mentioned you were in your final year while you entered in IIM, the how they evaluate your graduation marks which had not released during that time?
I will be a topper(100% Percentile) in CAT 2023 and will be pursuing MBA from IIM Ahmedabad 2024-26 batch in consulting.

I completed my graduation in June’2022. Then I did one research internship for 6 months, from July’22 to Jan’23. The same company offered me a job and I am doing that one from Feb’23.
So, how will my work experience count?
What is the necessary proof of paper needed for claim work ex?
Internships aren't considered as work-experience, so your experience will be counted from Feb'23 till July'23 when you fill up the CAT exam. During IIM form filling (for interview rounds), it will be counted till Jan'24. Required proofs: The work experience claimed by the candidate must be supported by a letter from the employer(s) with authorized signatory on company letterhead stating the start date, end date, position/designation, and a brief description of the role/responsibility. It is necessary to submit the payslip(s) from each employer(s). For self-employed and family businesses, proof of company registration/relevant licenses/taxes paid are to be furnished in case payslip is not available. (Source: IIM Calcutta's admission guidelines)

I have internship (total 6 months) and volunteer experience ( 9 months) during these 2 years.
Not any issue. I had 2 years of gap. Not even a single question was asked in any interview. I had calls from all the 20 IIMs. Dont worry, just focus on acing CAT 2023

I'm a Bcom Graduate of Batch-22 with a cgpa of 7.5. My Xth is 82% and XIIth is 92%. I took a gap year rn and am working on my profile by doing courses on forage. Is my profile good enough to expect a call from ABC? That would be my first query.
My second query is at the moment I'm solving only Arun Sharma books , I've finished LOD 1 and I plan to finish LOD 2&3 by July. I have also been taking weekly mocks. Is it sufficient for a 99.5%ile+ or should I do something extra?
