Holding the lever like that is gonna reduce the lifespan of ur gearbox. Its bad for the wheels and produces scrap metal going around in the gear box doing more damage.
I dont have this but i have fiat fiorino which is almost same with this car, i want to talk about performance there is no problem in city driving but on highways particularly steep parts of road it is horrifying and engine is very insufficient 😂 sometimes i had to climb with 50 kmh
