Yes to both questions. And even custom pilots have a unique line when using Burning Finger. I've seen at least two variations in that regard, one being: "Erupting! Burning Finger! ....Yes, that should do." and another one I saw was something like: "My hand's bright cry tells me to seize victory!" And all you have to do to unlock Burning Gundam on the Production list, IIRC, is simply use it's Erupting Burning Finger attack one time.
Some notable God Finger lines: -Yzak channels his inner Domon -God Graham Finger is still alive -Azee channels her inner Reiji -Claire Heathrow references the Jigen Haoh school.

Overworld it deals about 1000+
