    Man those look delicious! My nana was Calabrase and this was pretty much the same recipe except she put a few raisins in😊

      It's an Italian flour and Italian flour is graded, based on how finely it is ground.....double zero is a fine grind, in fact, it's the finest 👍

    Hi Ivo, great video! I was wondering what type of oil you recommend for deep frying. Also, what do you do with used oil? Do you discard it or do something else with it?

      My preference is peanut oil and once I use it, I transfer it to a bottle and once the bottle is full of used oil, I bring it to our local waste management site for proper disposal 👍
