  • We recently traveled to Oklahoma City to check out a sneaker shop that has been servicing the OKC region for quite some time now. Peep George Kiel III's tour inside this small but impactful space, which has an outstanding amount of sneakers to choose from and a one-of-a-kind bathroom (wait, what?).

    I'm thinking about my future alot . Ilove sneakers and streetwear but im really scared i failed in life and failed to build my family. Im scared the money on doing things like this is not enough :/

      Then shut the fuck up and start learning about shit online, you won’t accomplish anything here. If you need to be motivated to do something then it’s not for you.

      Lol, more learning and leaping into your passion and less complaining! At 23 I lived in a hostel for some months and I worked everyday saving up. I worked as a waiter and a gardener in the weekend. I I felt like a failure at some point but I kept working, today I am 28 and I live London and about to move into my own house with my partner. I work as a supervisor in a shop but I am about to quit since I my business is more than enough to pay the bills now and also during this quarantine I have made
      Múltiple sstreams of income. I never gave up! Believe you can do it! If you have a passion it will succeed

      Kevin Griffey well his sister did the same thing first, they have rich parents nothings wrong with that. I’d bank roll my kids dreams too, Jordan’s kids opened shoe stores too.

    • @TheKEVIN3151
      @TheKEVIN3151 6 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Hengel Andrews I have no problem with that, shit I wish I had a rich parents so I could of did the same thing... my point is that they try to miss lead kids and teenagers that follow them to actually believe they could do the same thing by just reselling sneakers. I just want them to keep it 💯 with the kids that actually care about all this type of stuff And tell them what it really takes to actually own a store and get the things that they got.
      P.S: I’m 24 years old and not in high school anymore, so I don’t care about overpriced shoes and clothes anymore. You don’t need that to get girls or attention!

      Kids this is what u do...resell enough kicks for a healthy profit and cash flow. File as a business entity s corp for tax purposes. Apply for business credit at the 2 year mark...if u really raking in the loot apply in your first year.
      After ur approved for biz credit buy some stock and lease a building for your store.
      Next make ur store unique and have a theme.
      Instead of crying start trying life is never fair....if the sneaker hype dies down these rich kids or privileged ain't going to last long as u cuz ur authentic and u took the punches

      @@GoodfellaNell boyyyy STFU...how long have you been a part of this SNEAKER culture? Please show me a bank who will give a line of credit for SNEAKERS..Let alone any insurance company to insure the actual RESALE value of them?..like he said stop trying to make it sound so simple and keep it 100..no cash you won't succeed..there's only so many 23pennys who used this method and actually succeeded

      Didn’t you watch the Video? He said “my sister had a high-end brands store called Factory”, that suggests money from parents who support their children’s dreams.

    • @Hengel_Andrews
      @Hengel_Andrews 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Alex Trzcinski information: online sales don’t require tax on sales, brick and mortar store sales are taxed and accrue all kinds of operational fees. If you make enough reselling to the point of being able to afford to open a shop, why the fuck would you? To pay rent, staff, taxes, utilities, upkeep, licenses, etc, Nah. They opened the store because they are two rich kids who wanted to buy their way into the culture.

    • @Hengel_Andrews
      @Hengel_Andrews 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Ed Kang how many black owned brands are there a part of that culture? Which black owned shops YOU personally shop at that you’d like to see on here?

    • @trebs7878
      @trebs7878 6 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Its a black culture selling all non-black clothing?
      Nike was created by a white American
      Adidas was created by a white German
      Bape was created by a Japanese man
      Supreme was created by a white American (British nationality)
      'Your' culture is supporting all non-black clothing brands???
      Confused much?

    • @obrekmedia
      @obrekmedia 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hengel Andrews it’s not my job to find them and bring them to light, it’s theirs. They’ve only gone to white shops and showcased white “influencers” outside of black athletes and celebrities.

    • @resellcartel9010
      @resellcartel9010 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it wasn't for the "culture", these brands wouldn't be popular though. Nike = MJ, Kobe, LeBron. Adidas = Run DMC, Kanye. BAPE = Pharrell.
