I love this Geist Story Series you're putting together! I forget how many variants there are for Geist but my favorite one is when she visits Abrams. I look forward to more official comics for the characters.
Thanks, we really appreciate it ❤There are 9 endings in total, and we are already in the process of editing them. We are also very excited for more. If you type "citadel_book_open" followed by a number you can view the UI for the comics. So far the UI for two more comics are implemented: Holliday and Ivy. We´ll see when we get the visuals for them. Probably gonna take some time
Wait, so in the first ending, Lady Geist makes use of the maelstrom and McG's new apparatus to stockpile massive lifeforce which will let the device keep Oathkeeper on drip feed while she gets most the lifeforce. But in this ending, she transfers Oathkeeper because.... why? From my understanding, she took Oathkeeper since it allowed her to absorb life force and extend her lifespan, trapping it in her arm to make use of that lifesteal while giving it nigh nothing in return. By transfering the Oathkeeper it just seems like she loses both her lifesteal and the need to feed Oathkeeper.
After spending 50 years with Oathkeeper and taking countless lives, she might be utterly weary of such an existence. Constantly forced to kill, maintain her pact with Oathkeeper, and evade capture, it’s a relentless cycle. In the end, all she ever desired was to regain her beauty, not to become a serial killer bound to a supernatural entity. It’s easy to see how this life could become exhausting over time in my opinion!
Basically, due to the nature of the VN, you as the player get the choice to determine how Geist will act. If you choose McGinnis' gaunlet ending, that means your version of Lady Geist is okay with living with Oathkeeper as long as it's kept under her control. If you chose this ending, this means your version of Lady Geist is tired of bearing the burden of the Oathkeeper and is ready to aceept her mortality and old age.
This has been available in an very early alpha build but the visuals have since been removed. What you still can do is access the comic book UI by typing "citadel_book_open" followed by a number in the console. But there are just voicelines and no visuals.

This writing is so peak, man, my god, i can't wait to see this finished so i can see what the other characters' novels are like
Yeah they really took it to heart with the lore it feels like. We are also excited what's to come and are keen on covering it :)
I don't know why but especially last scene of Fairfax makes me think of Heavy if he chose an engineering degree instead of literature.

Is that Matt Mercer voicing oathkeeper?
Definitely
@@pipp972 After listening to some samples from him it could indeed be possible.
Same thought)
Mercer voices them, shopkeep and Talon. They really put him to work.
