Great interview Mitch! Christian seems like a very approachable guy. Did you ever look at Alex Dowsett's channel? His recent series on riding in the Giro gave a great behind the scenes look at what it's like on a team during a long stage race. It's rare to get such a candid look at the life of a pro. BTW: your channel is awesome. I just got into road cycling in late 2021 so all of your content deeply resonates with me.
