When my friend received hers one of the buttons was hanging off! She contacted them and they’re sending her a new one and she’s able to keep the old one too! Hopefully if you contact them they’ll send you a new one.
Usually her team are the best merch team I’ve ever dealt with but they seemed to have really messed up on the cardigans :(

They used to ship faster. During rep all the merch was pre made. But she had a loss when she did the end of the era sale when she sold the snake rings which were about $80 around 10 (I'm not sure I forgotr the price). But after she switched labels and ever since lover her shipping is really slow. They make it only if you buy it so that they don't waste merch. I am an international fan and I probably have to wait half a year for it to reach me. I guess I'll get mine around late Dec or early Jan or even Feb. I'm happy she wants to save money but the merch isn't the same quality or design as rep and it's has become expensive ( both merch price and shipping price ) so it makes me kinda sad :(

I haven't washed it yet. Usually I wash stuff before wearing but I'm honestly afraid to wash this lol
I would contact them, return it and get a replacement. For the amount you paid it should be in perfect condition.

6:07 That's not entirely true. She released 'the lakes' because the CD's officially came out on the 18th of August and people all over the world got their hands on it that day. And to prevent people from pirating the song she just released it digitally right away.

I'm 5'4 and 110 pounds, should I get the small or the medium? I want it to be oversized
I would go for the small. I'm 5'4 175lbs and the medium is so big on me it's more than oversized, so on you it would be even worse. Even had I got a small that too would be baggy on me. So I'd get the small.
@@LifewithKrystle im so upset because i had to get an xl/xxl when i should have gotten at most the m/l....im typically a medium in sweaters because i like them oversized. im 5'8 128 lbs so im SCARED. idekkkk but it wont be here for a while for me...
It looks like it's melted, like something hot had touched it, doubt you can get the stain out. Heard on reddit that the customer service is backed up in orders and not sure if they can send out a replacement, let them know anyways though! I'm still waiting on mines! part of me really wants to take that folklore patch off...
They are going to send a replacement to me but I’ll have to wait a few weeks as it’s out of stock

It says 8-12 weeks for shipping for the Cardigan. I contacted them when my cd got damaged & they sent me a new one!

Oh what a shame...either pretreat it and wash in cold water or just send it back and ask for a new one.

@@8778352 yes I got a replacement and it had a massive hole in it. So they sent a second replacement and it was good.

I paid almost $100 for this cardigan! I have the right to complain when it arrived with 2 holes in it, one of which was huge! Thankfully Universal sent me a replacement but guess what? The replacement had an even larger hole in it! So they sent me a second replacement which was thankfully good condition. I was not the only one that had this issues either. So many other Swifties were posting pics of their cardigans arriving with huge holes or rips in them. Given the outrageous price we paid for these cardigans, they should have had better quality control. Cardigans with large holes shouldn’t have even been shipped out.

i know im late but girl that is the tiniest 'stain' ive ever seen. no need to contact taylors team, wipe it off with a wet wipe and maybe wash it and it should be good to go
@@omwtoellieandmasonhouse actually it ended up being more than a tiny stain. There was a hole in it and after I made this video I also discovered the entire shoulder was coming apart with a huge hole. So yes I contacted customer service because there was holes. They sent me a new one and it too arrived with large holes in it. They sent me another one and it was in perfect condition. This was a very common issues with the very first batch of these cardigans. People were posting pics of their cardigans arriving with large holes left right and centre. There was a major quality control issue. Thankfully they have since improved the quality of these cardigans. For the crazy price tag on these items people should expect some form of quality. With the currency conversion this cardigan ended up costing me like $100.
