We were following our Fort Robinson break out runners today and turned back to Wounded Knee to honor our Lakota Allies. We got out of our car and looked at the field and I started telling them what happened... as I did the wind picked up and we heard men singing.... their spirits are still there... my Nahko’ehe... started crying because we heard them singing. We Love you our Lakota Nation... always will ❤️

Maybe I shouldn't comment. I am so very sorry. I'm ashamed of the government for allowing this atrocity to happen and then honor the men who did it. May you have peace and never forget. 💝💝

Only the blood of Jesus and faith in our infinite Creator can cleanse this nation from this atrocity. God please heal Your people, heal our land...

A lot of these verified atrocities were done in the name of your "Creator" - pretty sure they don't need the blood of "Jesus" as they have more than enough of their own ancestors spilled blood to reconcile with . . .

@@neutraIdrop The Calvary disarmed the Sioux but a deat man could not hear the command, and refused to give up his rifle he worked all winter to pay for. A soldier grabbed it, and it discharged in the air. Calvary opened fire and killed everyone there - unarmed civilians.

Trevor Taylor PleAse read Bury my heart at wounded knee by dee brown. Had this nation kept and protected the treaties we signed, much bloodshed would have been avoided.

To be honest I feel this to be an insult Children were taking from their parents were beaten if they spoke their native language. They were forced to cut their hair forcing Christianity on them .You know that is sickening to me
