Do Saline Sinus Wash Systems Work?

Well they do but theyre messy and you need to sterilize them between flushes…ive used them after sinus surgery but it has been suggested todo throughout the year..personally if i have one sinus acting up..i would be worried about spreading the infection so..i dont use them year around, just because of that.
