It's a tamil name while chennai derived from 'chennapattnam' is actually a telugu name, chenna means good or fair in telugu while there is no word called chennai in tamil lexicon. A 14th century stone inscription found in Peneeswaramadam, Krishnagiri district clearly states there was a town by name 'Madarasapattinam'' captured by Kampana king. (Just check on the internet). The city name should be reversed back to Madras & correct the historical mistake. Just as Kovai used as an abbreviation for Coimbatore, Madras from 'Madarasapattinam' is not an English name, but tamil. Pls start an online platform for the name change. #backtoMadras.
I'm not from India. Watched videos of BLR and hyd as well. Now here watching chennai video. All 3 cities looks almost the same. Dirty, noisy and underdevoloped.
Banglore roads are narrow and traffice is hell...Hyd excep those few IT township othrs are worst than this..and in sumer u will get sunstroke in hydrabad

Chennai is lagging behind. Compared to BLR and HYD, this is like a small town now. Looks downright ugly in some places.
