What's the point driving too fast. There is no clear mention of location nor the road you are driving through. Driving by the side of the bus, block the view. Hope you get it.

Except for really few roads, there is no uniformity in the footpaths. Kerala capital city, Trivandrum is much better in terms of infrastructural discipline, uniformity and the city is clean like anything. Why doesn't Chennai look that way, despite claiming to be far above Trivandrum in GDP wise?
