The gray stick figure at the end is Victim from the first Animator vs Animation, the mercenaries after The Chosen One are a sign stick figure, a cave painting, a high frame rate stick figure, and the pixelated one is from a 14 year old animation called Stickman vs Door
As far as I know, that is only a theory, not actually who the gray stick figure... but it is a theory I believe as well

Orange is called The Second Coming.
The Chosen one (The black one) assumed that he could trigger The Second Coming's powers by fighting alone. That's how he defeated The Dark Lord (Red)
- The mercenary with the sunglasses was meant to look like the general stick figure animations. Mostly Xiao Xiao.
- The mercenary with the choppy movement is meant to look like the stick figures on places like bathroom signs or traffic signs or wet floor signs.
- The brown mercenary is meant to look like caveman drawings
- The pixelated mercenary is a direct reference to one of the episodes of Doors which is a series of collaborations of (mostly) stick figure animations. (And I really recommend watching the Doors series. You might not get most of the references and community inside jokes but the videos do have a very amazing vibe and an overall high quality.)

@@Fennalope Huh... I did hear Alan say he was referencing Doors in his live commentary but considering the nature of the stick figure community, yeah, I guess he decided to reference a reference to that animation. And the funny thing is that I'm pretty sure I have seen that animation before.

one thing that i dont see a bunch of people talking about, is that the guy with the sunglasses is almost all straight lines and a perfect circle for a head, and he uses photoshop tools
the main villain for this season seems to be "The Victim",from the very first Stickman made by Alan in Animator vs. Animation 1/AvA1!✨
the Eraser Shield and a Blue Painbrush is displayed in the final office,a shield that was used by the Victim on AvA1.🖌️

The prevailing theory is that the gray stick that appears to be in charge is ‘Victim’ from the very first Animator vs Animation.
It’s a good thing you’ll be watching this series over again with Kirby, I don’t wanna spoil who that was at the end by telling you, but someone else probably Will anyway

Apologies for the essay.
Ok so we'll start with the characters we know then onto the brainstorming.
Black stickman with super powers = The Chosen One (First appeared in AVA 2)
Orange stickman = The Second Coming (First appeared in AVA 4 been a main character since)
The final Grey Stickman is currently theorised to be The Victim, the first ever stickman to appear all the way back in AVA 1 but was deleted when Alan chose to close the program without saving. We don't currently know how he survived, if it is him, but my theory is the Recycle Bin has to empty somewhere right?
Now onto the Mercs that were hunting The Chosen One, they don't officially have names but i've been Brainstorming and this is what i've come up with.
For the stickman with the shades, 'Agent Adobe' since he has the Adobe Toolbars as his weapons.
For the brown stickman, 'The Ancestor' as he looks to have been inspired by cave paintings which is backed up by the art style and weapons he uses, this would make him among the first ever stickmen in history hence 'The Ancestor'.
For the pixelated stickman, 'Pixel Hero', his design and weapons give me a Newgrounds era vibe and his strongest form shown thus far being the sword and cape remind me of your stereotypical hero.
The last one is the one i'm most stuck on, i can't think of a good name for him. He reminds me of like a Windows Defender avatar, Male Toilet sign guy and Pedestrian crossing (the red and green man). The best i have is 'The Defender' but i'm not set on it.
All of these are up for debate in the replies btw, would love further suggestions :)
Looking forward to the next episode of this, the RBYG Break Out is gonna be awesome as they are basically just regular stickmen and i don't see them putting up much of a fight against the Mercs.

Figure, I might as well mention that AvM Episode 20 and 21 have an added OST in the Season 3 Compilation only, so it might be worth reacting to those episodes via that Compilation if you want to (exiting the video once youse get to the end of each episode).
17:50 A lot of people have been theorizing and speculating that the Boss Stick Figure is actually Victim from AvA 1 (The Chosen One was only being introduced in AvA 2).
This honestly kinda makes a bit of sense, since it all comes full circle with the first Stick Figure in this series coming back in someway (Maybe for Revenge?).
Kirby would enjoy watching this. Also I like how Alan decided to start this off with animation that was as good or even better than the finale of Animation vs Minecraft.

And the main villain and also gray is called "victim" as you can remember that victim was not saved which means deleted ( I think) he somehow got revived and wanted revenge. He wanted to burn alan to pieces.

Wrong all we know he is grey and that is it. The dramatic sounds that play in the end supports that it might be Victim.
