That feature to see what happened back in the time is incredible. The thing is, we have 3000 players in one server at the same time and we have 80 Game Moderators. Some of those Game Moderators are working in real life. Others are looking at website things. Others are playing something else etc etc... so the number of Game Moderators in-game is not that high, reason why many reports are not reviewed in-game. I don't really see adding more staffs or any other way to improve that, since this is a volunteer job and will depend much from the availability of each person, among other things. But website reports are always analyzed :)

Hey got couple questions. Do you clip every ban issued on medal and how does admins in page reports check the suspects . They use the video provided by perosn reporting. Both are out of curiosity :)
Hey Niki. Personally I'm using Medal for evidences, it's easier, faster and works well without any issue. But yes, I clip every ban individually, but I have Medal notifications disabled, that's why you don't see the notification on the video and the "beep" sound. The other questions I didn't understand very well. I'm not sure if you were asking how do we know who was the person disrespecting the rules?
@@tunatmp well let’s say I report someone for crashing into me. I report him on tmp page. How does the moderator check what happened. Do you only use the footage send by me or also check it somehow in game.

That evidence still doesn't show everything, because as we can see, the black truck started blocking them on my view, so something before already happened. At the end, resulted in the truck and just 1 car being banned for the same actions. Always use report systems, don't block others :)
