Hey. I took a look on it later, but the combination is not allowed. By looking at 9:14, in the first trailer back there are no lights, including brakes, blinkers etc because it's blocked by the cargo exceeding trailer or whatever. That combination was really bugged.

Admins can’t always predict when things will get busy, and they have to cover all hours to keep things running smoothly. It’s a tough job, and they’re doing their best to keep the servers safe for everyone, even during the quieter times

First of all, time zones exist. Secondly, you're looking at it from the wrong perspective. The reason big accidents happen is because there isn't a moderator present. If there was one, the situation wouldn't escalate because the moderator would handle it before it got worse. Thats why it seems that moderator join during the quieter time.
