When you compare Biden back then with Biden today it is absolutely undeniable that there is some serious mental deterioration going on. His speech is slurrish, he often stumbles over his words. It's undeniable. At this point it is not just irresponsible from a political aspect to make this man run for president, it is also irresponsible from a personal standpoint. He needs to retire so his health and wellbeing can be taken care of properly. Yea sure some are incredibly fit (mentally) at 95 or 100. He clearly isn't. It's a joke that the Democrats have selected HIM as their best candidate.
