As much as I know it was written in another video that before using the tissue u need to dab it in graphite/charcoal powder and then blend it. Hope that helps.

Title says graphite but it's clearly charcoal pencil.
It’s graphite , he used something like 8bs in the dark areas , and hatched with HB in the sensitive places

I try to use the tissue technique but it didnt work. I wonder does it need a special type of pencil or what?

Instead of blending it uses lines so just practice
@@mitra6084 I think it was said in another video it isn't about paper.this is just a normal tissue.
