  • "Food Swings" offers a range of simple and satisfying recipes that speak to both sides of your food brain. Here you’ll find the perfect go-to dish for when you want to eat light or for when you are in the mood for something more indulgent. The first half of the book, “Virtue,” provides recipes for your controlled side, while the other half, “Vice,” is for when you need to feel the wind in your hair. All of it is meant to be enjoyed equally in this fun something-for-everyone collection. Join Seinfeld as she discusses the book. Interview at 692 Broadway in NYC for BUILD Series.

I bought the book last month... on sale $4.50 ! HA ! I'm glad I waited. Good recipes but hardly original! Fashion tip garnered from the book : wear tight jeans and sweaters one size too big ! Olive oil is used almost as generously as peroxide.

I like the idea of having a healthy relation with eating but some of the things she promotes I don't support

We're not torturing ourselves, we torture animals, and then call it "food". Look at what happens to animals then you can use the word torture.

Animals "torture" animals. Rabbits and turtles and sardines procreate in great numbers because they are part of the food chain and other species rely on them to live. There used to be literally tens of millions of bison and tens of millions of cows that no longer graze in America. If we raised and ate them bio-dynamically we would be replenishing our environment. Eating red meat doesn't cause global warming.
