I needed this! With my study Bible and commentary, it takes me 1 hour to get through a single chapter 😬. I’m definitely going to start reading through first! Thank you soooo much.
I like your recommendation on just reading the Bible with a plain Bible. I'm also a ping pong reader, too.😄 But, I do have a question about study Bibles. What is the biggest difference between a Teen Study Bible compared to a regular Study Bible?
Great question. The main difference between a "regular" study Bible and ANY other study Bible (teens, men, women, athletes, etc.) is the passages they focus on for application, devotional thoughts, additional resources, etc. I highly recommend you go to Amazon or ChristianBook.com and use the "look inside" feature to see what's inside the study Bible you're considering. There are SO MANY good ones and they're often very different from each other.
Thanks really needed this - you answer my prayer ❤
You are so welcome!
For reading the Bible: reader's Bibles, to see the forest
For studying the Bible: study Bibles, to see the trees
😊

Thanks...I have been looking online, I do wish I could see them in person. I don't have a local Christian bookstore close by me.
You can check out some of the reviews on TH-cam. Watch several, look at critical reviews.
@@pmark1771 I always try to read as many reviews as possible. Thanks for the reminder.
