@@techpub the whole project was cancelled in our environment due to network port 445 which is not allowed lol. Even it is not allowed to to be used in DC or any other services. It has to be on a dedicated server. We are checking a 3rd party solution.
Good video but I ran into an issue. I get a access denied when i try to add the printer. I have DC1 as the domain and PR1 and a print server. Everything is install correct, and I added a standard printer. I followed your directions that's when I get access denied on both user and computer. Would you be able to tell me why this might be happening?
The most common reason is you are not logged in as the domain administrator. You may have admin rights but not enough of them. Try as the administrator. Also, check the permissions on the printers to make sure you have the manage printer permissions.

Useful video! Is there a follow up for how to assign certain printers to certain users/groups?
So this means all DC users will be able to see that printer in their print list while printing their documents right?
Yes, if you deploy at the root level as shown.
Is there a way to assign a default printer for certain users?
Individually you can assign them and make sure they are not in the OU where this GPO is applied.
