I've just recently discovered Abby Anderson in 2024. In my view, she's the Best Country Music artist I've heard in decades. She does it all: she composes the music; she writes the lyrics; she sings beautifully with her sultry voice while she plays the piano or the guitar. If she makes it to the top, she'll be considered one of the most talented stars ever, and her heartfelt, story-telling lyrics may push her over the top! I love how in the video the attitude of her dance changes three times with Abby's family generations. The first subtle dance pertains to her Grandmother's story. The second dance had a little strut in it and relates to her Mother who was in a similar situation as her mother, but with drive and will power, got out of the Foster homes and struck out to succeed with her daughter. The third dance about Abby's life has more of a strut of success to it.
@@SkullysPlace You saw the best! I'm not aware of any female country artist that can sing, play the piano, play the guitar and be the stage general. I'll give Priscilla Block's song a listen. Thanks!
@@saltrockshakers4205 we also seen Madeline Merlo twice as well in the last month and she wrote Champagne Nights for Lady A in 2021 and has a great voice and plays guitar as well.
@@dortheystout5929 I just listened to a few of Ashley's songs. She looks and sounds as though she's paid her dues in the Honky Tonks, and she's several notches above (talent-wise) Country Music's run-of-the-mill artists. Good on ya' for pointing her out!
She is on the rise in my opinion!!
Let's hope so!!! I'm tired of beer drinking and truck driving songs. Let's get some real skill and talent back into Country music.
@@saltrockshakers4205 agree but hearing Priscilla Block’s song Off The Deep End is a great summer party song:)

Seen her front row at both CMA Fest and at Milwaukee Summerfest last Thursday July 4th and can’t get enough of her music and personality. ❤

The first part of the song is about her grandma. The second part is her mom, and the last part is her.
She has an insane voice!!
She only has two versions, the music video and the acoustic piano version and she can play piano and guitar really well. She's an amazing musician.
She has a live version on piano that’s even better!!!!
😅Awesome artist my favorite is (the reason I stay)
