This makes me cry. The best decision I ever made in my life was choosing to not let my daughter go when everyone around me was telling I needed to, even her father suggested abortion. I left the first appointment at planned parenthood & didnt show up to the other 2 because I knew I wanted her. She is my earthangel & the most beautiful big sister ❤ I couldn't imagine her soul not being here.

Saw it in Spring Hill south of Nashville yesterday, 345 on Sunday. One of their larger theater spaces and probably 70% full (which is much more than I typically see in movie showings these days). Audience loved it and applauded at the end. Can't remember the last time I saw a theater audience applaud a movie. I watched the movie today and I don’t think there was an empty seat. I was fortunate to see them early this year at Elliott Hall of Music. It was absolutely amazing and so much better than in a arena setting.

I myself have been going through phone addiction, bullying, and sometimes stress. Seeing how God can make everything beautiful even though you’ve sinned and turned against him, you can go back to him. And nobody defines you, because God is our almighty father and Lord, Amen.
I was bullied as a kid and had really abusive parent. I served 20 years in the military and was a master combatives instructor. You are not defined by anything that happens when your a kid. Just focus on your dreams and one day you will stand up to the bullies when someone else needs it. God has put promises and dreams in your heart. stay focused on those.
Yes God is the best one to follow as he strengthens and heals us. The wounds will be transformed as he heals you. Even if you fall into a path you’re not happy with, God will help you get on a better one. He is dedicated to helping you.

This movie made me cry. Reminded me of what is important in my life, with all the stuggles I'm going through, I have my wife and daughters. Even when it looks hopeless, God is always in control. I see that now.
When I first heard Wait for Me I was a teacher in a Christian school in Australia. It proclaimed Gods values to young people about sexual relationships. We need to hear more music like this as the world has only got harder of Christian young people. We need to teach that Gods word is so different from the worlds values. "The Unsung Hero" is the number one movie that I have seen this year. I had a counseling session with a couple and right after the meeting, I watched the movie. It was a great self-care for me. I am recovering alcoholic and trying to find God. Loved this movie. Loved hearing the serenity prayer at the beginning of the song. My mom relates "burn the ships" with my battle with alcohol. Thank you for a beautiful story. ❤
Been sober for 2 months now. That last relapse was hopefully my turning point. I ended up in the hospital shortly before my last comment. Just found out I am also pregnant. I've never felt more free from alcohol. I don't feel afraid of it anymore, I don't feel like it has a hold over me as much as it did. I don't battle myself to avoid the liqour stores anymore. I don't have the thoughts of "I could take some shots and no one would know." Something happened recently. I feel in control again. ❤️ Hopefully my ships are burnt.
Rebecca St. James- was my idol, when I was young. We saw her sang at Biola University and Fish Festival, when she was younger! Great Voice! I always played her songs before! Rebbeca St. James was at a winter youth conference in Gatlinburg Tennessee. She has a beautiful voice and she sat down on the end on the stage and shared the Jesus she was singing about to thousands of young ppl. She is not just a christian artist she is a soul winner. Many received Christ that day. My son was in 7 th grade an to this very day thinks she is the most beautiful girl. When I found out King and Country were her bothers, I said know wonder they have such talent they got it from their Sister!!! God bless this family. Please do more songs with Rebecca .
The movie moved me to tears!! I knew this song but had not watched the movie until this day and I have no words!! I didn’t know it was about their story until I get to the end. I didn’t know for king and country were siblings to begin with and mind you I’ve been listening to their songs since 2019! It is mind-blowing!! I screamed after the end of the movie!! What a great film about family and faith. It’s rare today to see a movie with such a positive message and with no cursing, sex, drug use, and violence. This is a must see movie for Christians of all ages.
Not just for Christians - yes their Christian faith was a backdrop for their story but the underlying values transcend Christianity and are applicable to anyone. I think anyone can be inspired by their story and this film was just so wonderfully produced.
I just watched this movie on prime. I regret not going to the theatre. I had no clue who it was about or that it pertained to For king and country I cried during and could barely get to sleep after watching and the WOW factor at the end when I found out the connections! I’m sorry to say I have not crossed paths with Rebecca’s music in love you 35 years of listening to Christian music but now I’m a fan. I too am hooked on this song - You make everything beautiful. God has always used music in my walk to speak to me. When the little brother in the movie started singing the chorus I had an anointing and knew this was powerful music. When I read that her brothers went in to be For King and country I was in a grace bubble of holy shock. Immediately my heart went into gratitude for the Love of God poured out in this family and the beautiful courage and faith that this mother poured out with the joy of the cross! She is a Saint! There is a saying that the Joy of the Lord can exist in sorrow! It goes deep and she exhibited that Joy In an excellent grace filled way !❤ Thank you Lord for this family’s witness of Roman’s 8:28

It proclaimed Gods values to young people about sexual relationships. We need to hear more music like this as the world has only got harder of Christian young people.

This song hit me in the heart. I always felt I had to earn, buy someone's love. Unconditional love had always been foreign to me. Because of my past. I mess up so much with God I was feeling really down. I heard this and it brought me to tears. I had forgotten God loves me.
I bought and watched the dvd last night with my family. Before our family watched the movie the Holy Spirit administered to me that I would let many borrow it and it would encourage their lives. I went to bed last night encouraged. As the Lord brings my family into our calling , I prayed asking the Lord that He would send someone or ones into our lives that would be a great influence just as He did the Smallbone family. Now, this morning as I have watched this song video twice the Lord has been administering to me some of influence He would bring into our lives. As He administers these things to me during me watching this video twice already this morning. I am recovering alcoholic and trying to find God. Loved this movie. Loved hearing the serenity prayer at the beginning of the song. My mom relates "burn the ships" with my battle with alcohol. Thank you for a beautiful story. ❤
Been sober for 2 months now. That last relapse was hopefully my turning point. I ended up in the hospital shortly before my last comment. Just found out I am also pregnant. I've never felt more free from alcohol. I don't feel afraid of it anymore, I don't feel like it has a hold over me as much as it did. I don't battle myself to avoid the liqour stores anymore. I don't have the thoughts of "I could take some shots and no one would know."
Something happened recently. I feel in control again. ❤️ Hopefully my ships are burnt.

Their story is a powerful testimony of what God can do in your life.

What a great film about family and faith. It’s rare today to see a movie with such a positive message and with no cursing, sex, drug use, and violence. This is a must see movie for Christians of all ages.
Not just for Christians - yes their Christian faith was a backdrop for their story but the underlying values transcend Christianity and are applicable to anyone. I think anyone can be inspired by their story and this film was just so wonderfully produced.
