I’ve read five different “middleman strategy books” and yours is by far the best the most helpful the most accurate and by far the one with less fluff in it BY FAR! I do have one question I don’t know if I need to email you this or what but with the umbrella strategy… sometime in the near future I’m going to complete my capability statement with the umbrella strategy so should I include just say four or five services in the capability statement that’s under that umbrella strategy? I hope I asked that question correctly like I wanted it to come out.
I can try to do a capability statement video soon and speak to LMM Cap Statements and how it can work using the umbrella strategy. There's a difference between how you are operating internally and how you present your business to the "world".

I wish you had like a Veteran scholarship program or Veteran payment plan or something like this! Or just a one time type thing or whatever you implemented I think it would let everyone see how you support veterans especially those who went to war and did the fighting and dying to keep the enemy over there instead of coming over here! I know there is 3 others that teach govcon also that highly support veterans and 2 of them offer half off with a payment plan and the one lady that does a scholarship type thing for veterans. Anyway it’s just a thought because I know how passionate your are about this and it could squash the rumor about not supporting veterans! Either way I’m on your team (govkidmethod team) 200%!
For a proposal like this, when teaming up with another company what legal document would you have them sign since the proposal is requesting their information?
Non-compete has ended. I had to make the choice to either do my own thing or help clients (and not compete with them). So, I'm not bidding and just trying to help you guys bid and win.

I prayed, and God took me directly to your channel. Even though I work a W2 job and have been creating contracts and proposals for years, I still needed help. Ummm, just the school of hard knocks? Haha. I've just done it so much. But maybe there's value in me building something into our course to quickly help navigate the basics of MWORD..Like the areas I hit in this video..I don't think that's a bad idea..

Yes, you have to because they are integral to developing your proposal and price that you will ultimately submit.

Hi Chrissy, an NDA and Teaming Agreement would ultimately be the documents. We include these documents as part of our course as well.
