The anxiety in my stomach, that has no real reason to be there. Instead of trying to stop the anxiety or push it away, I let it be and eventually I either don't feel it anymore or it stops naturally. Perspective changes and acceptance helped the most!

I get a pit like a nervous stomach. And to not be to tmi I get the runs as well..😅 I hate anxiety it’s ruining my life
