Jabari Smith Jr trade I’m doing all day - I think he’s more talented than JJJ. THE JJJ TRADE IS BETTER . But for Jabari , Throwing in an always ready vet and champion like green and a back up center I’m all in . Go watch Jabari tape when he’s cooking . He can play out of the post, has the turn around fadeaway over either shoulder , mid range pick and pop, shoot the 3 catch and shoot - and 6’11 and can guard 2-5 . He’s not being utilized in Houston properly .

Duece is a combo gaurd . Great score can handle the ball might not be the best distributor but you can get buckets having him keyed and Assur I would be a really nice one to three over there

I would do the Jalen Duran for douche trade just had a necessity for a Center but I think this is the more valuable asset throughout the league, but having Cameron Payne is on like the big Raghu who can handle the ball it would hurt to get rid of deuce by bringing Duran giving you a double double every night would help us a lot

Jared Jackson jr and two 1st to NY Knicks
Will you quit with how value those 1st round picks are. They are protected picks that can never be higher than 9, and both could end up being just two second rounders. That’s why no trades have happened with those picks being a largest part of the offer.
I’m not trading Randle for Jabari Smith but I would trade McBride and 2 protected firsts for Duran. I would also make that trade with the Grizzlies
Sure you would, but there is a reason it hasn’t happened. Detroit has no need for McBride, with having five wings, and those two protected 1sts aren’t as valuable as they are made out to be. They could end up as two 2nds each. They are not trading Duran for that, no matter how hard Knicks fans wish for it.

I've been wishing that the Knicks would go after Jaren Jackson Jr. as well. But I don't think they need to give up Julius Randle to do it. The Knicks still have first round draft picks. And why would Memphis do this if Jaren Jackson Jr. is better than Randle? The answer is that other teams want to minimize the Knicks' all star while acquiring him for themselves. Put Julius Randle on Memphis or Minnesota and watch that team dominate. I'm unsure why Knicks fans aren't pushing the Knicks to get other teams to give up more than we're giving up. We shouldn't have to get robbed every time. Jaren Jackson is good...but not as good as Randle.
The Knicks have first round draft picks...no? Why don't they use them along with Mitchell Robinson or some of the bench players the way other teams have and are doing?
And "P" for "Pass" if it's Randle for Jaren Jackson Jr. straight up. It would be highway robbery. Randle is highly underrated. He can rebound at a high rate, shoot some 3s, finish at the rim on ally oops, finish on pick n' rolls, pass fast out of double teams, pass fast in general, get out in transition, cut to the rim for easy passes on the run, post up and do "wizard spins" in the mid-range just like Jalen Brunson can. Memphis would definitely do it because they could pair Randle with Ja Morant and would simply need one more all star or superstar in order to rise to the top of the west again. Randle's passion, mentorship, etc. would be exactly what Ja Morant would need. We would be gifting Memphis with an All star. Notice that the Nets did that with Kyrie Irving to Dallas.
If Randle is there next year...this team should be headed for the Finals unless Joel Embiid goes superman or Giannis and Damian Lillard. They should be able to take anyone else. And I even think they should be able to stop these by stopping everyone else on the team or outscoring them. Why? The Knicks have one of the best team defenses in the league (if not the best), good athletes, fast players, top rebounders, multiple good passers, two all stars, shot blockers and players who can get their own shots at multiple positions. Notice that the Detroit Pistons won with the same type of team in the past.
I wouldn't worry about his rebounding JJJ, we get taller and that's a real plus.
I'm putting JJJ at the PF, not the center.

Nobody is talking about Jarrett Allen. It's been rumored that Cleveland is willing to listen to trade offers. I would sign Precious, involve him in a trade with Deuce, a 2025 unprotected 1st rounder, and the Knicks own 2026 pick and make this offer to Cleveland. Allen would be the last piece in moving us to an Final and possibly championship.

As for trading Julius Randle for those 3 guys? Definitely not. The Rockets are trying to steal All Stars from teams. And not only would that this would be not only taking our wallets, but our sneakers / shoes as well.
I would do trade number 2 if Jalen Duren is that good. I don't see why Detroit would want TWO first round picks as well as Deuce McBride as if McBride doesn't have any game. Put Deuce on another team and he would ball out especially on an uptempo team with a lot of shooters or a good point guard who passes well. One first round pick is good enough personally. But I think this trade is the best one out of all of them.

I think Zach Eddy for Mitchell or Mitch and Deuce. Randall is too good. Mitch is more of the liability and Miles we love but when is he going to play or maybe a 3 team trade where we can drop Mitch and Sims for two other centers
Why would a young team want to trade their young and cheap center, for an older, often injured, and more expensive center? Their roster shows no huge need for another guard that they are going to want to get older and more expensive at the center spot. Please look at the other teams situation and needs to when coming up with trades.

Detroit doesn’t need McBride, as we have five wings already. Three of which were #5 picks, and are 23 or younger. Also the rebuilding Pistons are not trading an inexpensive, 20 year old, starting center for two highly protected first round picks, that both could be end being two 2nd round picks. Stop basing trades around players that don’t fit the Knicks roster. Fans like to trade players that won’t hurt too much, and never take into consideration the other team’s needs, or wants might be.

Id do trade 2 and 3 together because I don't think 1 would ever happen
Trust me that piston trade is never happening. Also, why in the world would a younger team like the Grizzlies, trade a young player like JJJ AND two 1st round picks for a 29 year old with a bigger salary, with only a player option after this coming season. I’m sorry that makes not sense at all. Same thing with the Rockets. They are young team that is improving, but not close to competing for a championship. Why would they want a 29 year old making 29 million, and likely to be a free agent after this coming season? It’s crazy. Try to be more realistic on these trade ideas. They all look really good for the Knicks, but none of the other teams would ever do them.
