if you dont want your vehicle stolen, take precautions. any vehicle can be easily stolen right out of anyones driveway, especially cars less than 10 years old with key fobs and no actual keys
Wow! What a bold comment to say Charger and Challengers owners are uneducated, I would just say that most of them are just young and stupid, and it’s not a affordable fashion like buying Nike’s , but it has become a fashion for those who are desperate for street attention. I can’t blame the dealerships who thrive off of the ignorance and stupidity of this fashion because after all they are or and profit driven. It’s a culture like all the other unrational cultures in society that the laws permit. There’s no law for being stupid so let people be stupid owning these cars. there are worse things going on. Imagine if everyone was smart, businesses would go broke!
@@drewdevon2009your missing the point of what he said. The cars a literally being targeted while getting more expensive. You taking precautions to prevent this is still costing you more. He is willing to avoid it because it’s not worth the headache. It’s like here in New York I am hesitant to buy a bmw because of how high the insurance rates are due to how often the car crashes not to mention how hard it depreciates.
I am a 61 year old white man that has what some people would say are a lot of nice cars. Guess which one I enjoy the most. My triple black Hellcat. Exactly what a muscle car is supposed to be. If you don’t like muscle cars, you won’t like Hellcats. I hate when people try to stereotype car guys. I have a Tesla plaid too. I love that car also. Haters gotta hate.
I would like to give you a different perspective on why Dodge is losing and WILL lose future customers not only in United States, but also abroad and it is not necessarily has to do with a price tag or reputation. I came to USA from a former Soviet Union 25 years ago. And as an American car enthusiast, Mustang, Camaro/Corvette and Charger/Challenger always were THE definition of an American Muscle Car. I know for a Fact that I overpaid and Dodge dealership screwed me good for my 392 Challenger, but I don't care, because I'm driving an always thirsty 6.4 shaking, vibrating, loud mechanical machine. The era of American Muscle Car is officially over. People abroad are not interested at all in ELECTRICAL American Muscle Cars, because we know, there is no such thing, it is a LIE. Dodge will lose 100's of thousands of potential customers for that simple reason alone. And I can guarantee you exactly the same thing will happen here in USA too. Not a single self respecting American Muscle Car enthusiast, will get himself an E Charger/Challenger, E-Mustang or E Camaro/Corvette. We have no problems with electrical cars, but we have a serious problem with buying cars that pretend to be something they are not and simply cannot be no matter how hard they try.
i agree with the prices being too high, way too high. but theres nothing wrong with their "reputation" ive owned several and theyre very reliable. i also work at a shop and see many chrysler products running strong with hundreds of thousands of miles on them
And that's why dealers get away with people overpaying for cars. It's because of people like you and think like you, especially if they don't have the money to back it up.
"We have no problems with electrical cars, but...". There's always that "but" from the Mopar guys. Whether it's just calling an EV a "muscle car" or OC Motivator's ten. minute litany of problems with EVs. If Dodge tries to release anything but a supercharged hemi and the Mopar Jesus fanboys lose their minds.
CDJR lost me when I got disgusted with their service center policies. When you spend over $80,000 on their cars, you expect loaners for service visits. It used to be that way under FCA. You can feel Stellantis cutting costs. The loaner being cut is unacceptable. They further alienated me by not giving the 300 a HELLCAT ENGINE. They put their focus on Dodge and let Chrysler wither. I NEVER WANTED A DODGE. They are cheaper made than the 300. Then they released that stupid Trackhawk. Nothing special looking about it. Marked up pricing. Not worth upgrading to. I agree with the person who called the Dodge cars a brilliant marketing ploy to trap people in debt. He’s 100% right. It’s all about ego and braggadocio. One the car thefts and takeovers skyrocketed due to these parasites who steal since they can’t possibly hope to afford these cars, it was all over. The hemi and hellcat engines by the greatest marketing product ever released and now I’m actually glad to see them go. This nonsense had to end sooner or later. What’s STELLANTIS has done is to make Dodge “not cool“ anymore. They’ve put out the stupid electric vehicles, which aren’t even out yet due to problems that they are having with them and now nobody is going to want them anymore. A few EV enthusiasts might buy them, but the Dodge core audience is about to be disbanded. Good riddance I say. Ram trucks might survive. Jeep might survive. But Dodge and Chrysler are dead in the water. I never imagine that these idiots could mishandle a company so badly that your product ended up being just a single minivan.
I have a GED, CDL, make 6 figures, and I drive a 2021 Challenger RT and I have a 800 +/- credit score. I got something that was WELL within my means and now that I make more money than I did when I bought my car, which I still love it, I’m ready to go scat however I may jump ship to ford because I don’t like the direction Dodge is going. We will see but I remember going into the Dodge dealer to get my car and it was actually a good experience for me because I know what I am doing when purchasing a car.
@ I do think it’s a shame that this is the rep we get as MOPAR owners because there are some people, even ones I met personally, that’ll not prioritize their finances over clout. BUT, that can go for any brand of car. It’s just that our cars ARE muscle cars for the street and they ARE very reputable in their own right so naturally the attention will be there culturally as well.
@@Tucknroll88 I mentioned the GED part first for a reason, some people are more “educated” than me but lack the discipline it takes to achieve even mild success. Trying to be inspiring
It's funny to me what people think of a Dodge customer. I make 90k, 800 plus credit score.. I love the car but it's terrible what what they think of us.
I know you have your life experiences, but let me share mine. I have owned a 22 Charger Hellcat for two years now and I get nothing but respect from friends or people at the gas station who come over to ask me about the car. Whatever the shame people put on you has never happened to me, not even from strangers!! What I hate is when driving, everyone wants to challenge me at red lights. It's usually a Camaro or Mustangs with V6's. You can't blame them for trying!!!!!!!! Forget about the trolls on TH-cam who probably own a scooter but pretend to be something else. Enjoy your beautiful Chrysler and carry on being happy doing what you're doing!!!!!!!!!! You have a car that most trolls will never be able to afford, and you have a wife and family that you didn't raise in your parent's basement. You are blessed my friend!!
The truth is that any nice performance car will bring challenges from other drivers. What applies to the Challenger/Charger applies to the Mustang, Camaro and Corvette. Heck, it even applies to European and Japanese cars as well.
See. I say the same thing. And I don't blame you. I wouldn't waste my time street racing, period. When a person pays that much money (really as far as I'm concerned) any vehicle, ain't no sense in getting into a situation that possibly involves a crash and damaging (one of) your prized possessions because you got big-headed. Enjoy the muscle responsibility. "Abuse of power shall consume the user."
I agree with you, I’m the proud owner of a corvette, my fourth one and it’s hot and gets a lot of attention from Dodges and Mustangs and the wannabes. They seek me out, I get their attention but I respect their heavy metal also. A lot of us muscleheads and gearheads are responsible and respectful to our competition per each brand. say. I don’t have any bragging rights on the others nor do I want any or need it for my ego. I just enjoy the fact that I can ride with the big guns that’s out there. Those Chargers and challengers are no joke and I respect them like they respect me, that’s what makes my driving experience great, I just hope the EV’s being produced now doesn’t kill off our muscle car culture.
Another thing! They never show GenX ladies & Gentlemen established in their Careers, doing 6 figures that just have a love of those particular Vehicles! They always show some young knucklehead with a stolen one either sliding or running from the cops! Many owners are law abiding citizens just appreciating their cars! Maybe we can be the 1st & start doing it here with various events & positive input.
@davidx4590 I agree, but it starts with social media. That's why my videos don't get 200k views. Nobody wants to see me doing normal, responsible things in my 300c.😂 But hey, it is what it is. i appreciate people like yourself for rocking with me 🤝🏾💯
@HemiMuscle I will help support anything you try to do, you are a positive influence on the car culture & community. Let's talk about subscriptions & bumping it up a bit to help support. You're a proud Brother & would never ask & I get it, I'LL ask members to subscribe & help for a small contribution a month to support POSITIVE car cuture.
Lots of them aren't stolen😂thats just how they drive them. Everyone I know with one has a loud exhaust and drives it like an idot. Different ages different careers
You are missing the point on this one. Yes, people with bad credit do buy other brands but with the Scats and Cats being so popular and the "Look at me car" more people with lower credit, lower wages, and really not having the means to buy are flocking to these cars. That is what many of these salesmen are saying and with them doing it all day, it's not hard to believe. The way you buy cars is the best and I did the same with my Shelby, I never meant anyone from the dealer. I did everything online and had my car delivered with a 14-day return policy. Financed through the credit union.
Another reason they lose customers is because these things are easily stolen and mopar has not made 1 change in the security system at all for about a decade now, extremely ridiculous.
Back in 1971 my Dad was checking out a used Piece-Of-Junk Fiat at the back of a used car dealership and out in the front I was agog for the very bright red Ferrari 275 GTB in the showroom. The sticker price was only $21,000 (New cars at the time were $2,500) I begged my Dad to get that instead of the Fiat, saying we could buy it. His response I remember to this day: "Yeah, I could buy it, but I wouldn't be able to afford it." It was then I learned there were many other costs associated with owning a car, namely fuel, insurance, maintenance, tires, and unplanned repairs when things break. So, yeah, we have to be careful to ensure we can afford to buy the cars and not just make the initial down payment and a few monthly payment. Thanks for sharing.
The dealers did take advantage of many young people, but car salesmen have never had a great reputation for turning away sales for ethical reasons. It put a really bad taste in our mouths in dealing with sales at the dealerships. The street takeovers have damaged the appearance of the Mopar owning crowd, and it is unfortunate because the average Mopar owner is far from that image. Not to say we don't enjoy a good occasional burnout....but you are right in that there is nothing currently there for most Mopar lovers other than maybe the Durango/Jeep/Ram side of things. Nobody really wants to pay more than 60k for a vehicle because you can get way upside-down in a hurry or you simply can't afford it. Mopar Jesus may save Ram from being buried, but it looks like it will be the people that have deep pockets that will have to do all the digging at current prices. Most of us either have what we want already or can get it on the used market at a better price, or are tapped out and not in any position to be spending big money on a new car. Hard times are coming and I don't care who is at the helm. Hellcat engines may get some people excited, but you are not going to sell 100K Hellcats a year.
I remember the old school under glow back in the early 90s when they first came out. Was a legit neon tube so bright you couldn't even look at it straight on. Way better than the led they have now. You can still get those neons but they spendy
STELLANTIS has shown you that the future of these cars is electric and digital. They have shown you they have no desire to keep making v8 powered gas guzzlers. And they did this after delivering an exciting series of SRT products. Now they’re becoming irrelevant like all the other brands by doing things the way they do them. They will sell you a car WHERE THERE IS NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT. That’s why Dodge enthusiasts are so upset. I figured this out years ago. Now you’re feeling it.
RCR never met a stereotype they didn't love. Car dealers suck, but let's not leave the blame there. Mopar enthusiasts encourage this just as much as the dealers. I'm pretty sure it wasn't RCR or anyone mocking Mopar owners that came up with the term "food stamp edition" to ridicule anyone who would consider anything less than a hemi. The Cult of Mopar Jesus is insufferable.
When I was a little kid in suburban Detroit in the 70s, guys in their teens and 20s liked Mustangs, Novas, Javelins, Camaros, with the bigger tires in back.
Because they were cheaper! Dodge was a step above those you mentioned...Dodge was against Mercury,Pontiac,Oldsmobile,Buick...Chev/Ford were always lower cost and cheaper cars not as nice interiors nor drove as nice . Dodge was always quicker than GM/Ford but cost more back in the 60's and 70's..Thing is Ford/GM..Our drag strip here 50% were GM but 40% were Mopar and 10% Ford and AMC... Reason Dodge today are not selling, dealers are asking 30k more than msrp. What you talk about the low income Dodge owners are ethnic...It wasn't before 2015 the Hellcat before Black people seemed to have Dodge's..before that Black guys liked Cadillac's and Chevy and G bodies and old Impala's.. they were never into Mopar, not racist just the truth...True in the 07 or so more rap videos shown 300's with Escalades but most blacks never drove a Charger or especially Challenger until the hellcats come out.. I worked at a Toyota tech and many Toyota/Lexus were repo'd all the time by all races of people!
@@MikeekiM-vh5sealso have to take in account the other options out there. You have so many better built machines for cheaper. Lighter, quicker, easier to mod. Everyone doesn't want to just go fast straight.
@@MikeekiM-vh5seyou are totally wrong! I’m a baby boomer from a all black neighborhood back n da day! Sure there were caddy’s and Buick and Lincolns, but the real vibe was the chargers and challengers and Superbees making noise in the neighborhood, they outnumbered the fords and chevys where I was from. Many many other black neighborhoods too!
I completely agree with what you're saying. Oh, by the way, I'm going 19+ years making car payments on 7 vehicles during that time. I am currently working on paying my scat & daily a year before the contract states. Them I'm done with payments & new new vehicles. 🙏🏼😤
I got my first V8 Mopar because I could afford it and took care of it. I never had any mechanical issues because I got basic maintenance done with the dealership I trusted. I see more young people just like me taking care of their dodges and other muscle cars wreaked on the side of the road!
Man you are 100% right I bought my SXT from a CDJR dealership the whole Exp was terrible , salesman terrible. i Got blessed earlier this year n upgraded to an RT fully loaded with 6k miles , $34k price point sold by A CHEVY DEALERSHIP I didn’t have to deal with add ons , pressure to buy , or anything that these dodge dealerships do. It’s actually crazy what dodge has done
My experience on my 3 Mopars are excellent. I’ve always kept my credit over 700 and I know how to handle dealers. I used to work at Sheehy Ford (my 2nd job at 18), Lustine Toyota & Toyota of Bowie also a few shops. The problems I’ve seen were folks who have no business buying cars struggling to make payments and their living situations weren’t even stable. I’ve financed my R/T and 300C through Chrysler Capital and Stellantis but every other car either a check from my credit union or cash. Even my Redeye was through my credit union and was a simple here’s the check got my tags, title n paperwork, keys and ✌🏾. Drove my Redeye last night down to Calvert County and St Mary’s and here in the DMV area and everywhere else I drive everyone gives me love, thumbs up. Even cops, elderly and kids. Everyone loves to say rev it up or spin their finger in a circular motion to get me to do a burnout 😂. Doesn’t matter where, I could be in SE DC or McLean VA where there’s Ferraris & Lambo parked in front of houses with 8 car garages. Experiences may vary but mine have always been positive!
Bro that salesman was totally right. He NEVER said its only Dodge. But its WAY more Dodge than ANY other car manufacture. Its the broke people that buy the dodges then get repo'd. These are facts. Many of these people NEVER pay a car payment. They buy the car and drive it for the summer until it gets taken away. This is very well known. Look at the buyers that buy Dodge. Totally different than the buyers of Lexus. How many lexus's do you see at street takeovers? None. How many Dodge's do you see at street takeovers? at least a dozen at every one. There you go. Thats your high class buyers. lol
The dealers are happy to put these guys in horrible financial positions and then the TH-cam content creators pile on with the same thing “if I can do it, you can do it” mentality. We will spend $60-$80k on a car and down even have a garage to park it in. Make it make sense? Keep pushing the truth Hemi, even if it hurts these boys feeling in the process.
Most of those yt creators that are verified dont even own those vehicles they either lease them or are trying them out to get you to buy one and to pay way more than they are worth. They get reduced prices on their vehicles because they are in the 33 club like demonolgy that older white dude that still lives at home with his parents that just bought a demon 170. Facts paid insiders getting rewarded to push these way overpriced vehicles on joe public.
That’s why their sales are so low. If young low credit people are the ones buying and now your sales are in the trash it would make sense that you treat that crowd with the utmost respect 🤷🏽♂️ imo.
I remember them hammers on them 300 Z, Toyota Cressida with the white interior and piping match the paint. My pops had a Chevelle with a 396 it took leaded gas then he had a corvette. But you know why people hate those cars it’s a no brainer.
I keep saying, these cars are not just a trend. It’s a whole body of people who really care about these cars and the culture surrounding them. I think social media gets used to distort the opinions about the folks who own these vehicles
Mustang GT is the cheapest muscle car, pr was. It was even titled poor man's corvette at one time. I've had 3 mustangs and now the 1320. Best car I've ever owned
Pony car not a muscle car at all, Way too light and too small. Tiny lil things those pony cars are. Handle terrible and a guarantee to lose traction and go off the road fish tailing.
My wife is from south philly. She calls camaros and mustangs me too cars because everybody on the 80's and 90's owned either a stang or a camaro and they would always say things like. "oh you have a camaro or you have a mustang? and they answer would always be "ME TOO".
This video is true ash,,i had a challenger scatpack shaker,,i got rid of it and switched to the LS arena,, C6 Grand Sport. One of the reasons is the Ratchetness that comes along with the dodge community. The constant worry of it getting stolen while just out and about. These kids have ruined it for the whole dodge community. JMO coming from a former dodge owner. The power to weight ratio is crazy too🫡
I’m with you bro…I’m not a fan of dealing with car salesmen. So I keep It to a minimum. I come prepared when I buy a new car. Hey, just show me the car, I’d like a test drive and give me the OTT total. unless you’re an investment banker or loan officer I don’t care to talk to you about monthly payments, my credit and financing. Sometimes I’ve gone in with that approach and I get mean mugged from these salesman. It’s crazy!
The guy from Regular Car Reviews (Brian) had a Dodge Neon as a teen. He pulls for Dodge…but they let him down, car wise. There is a stereo type with Dodge Chargers, sadly. But I know not all Charger owners are like that. Hell, I would like a V6 Charger….but I know they attract the wrong attention and eyes in the wrong areas.
So, Timmy K came back but will the ship right itself overnight? The answer is NO. A lot of people forget Timmy K was the front man for the EV muscle push. In fact, I believe he came up with the idea. The build quality is in the toilet the prices are in the too high, the dealers are out there screwing the customers. Just how long will it take to get something decent and doesn't fall apart to win back some of their lost customers? I'm guessing 5 to 7 years at least. let's hope Dodge doesn't go belly up before then.
I call him front man Timmy. He single handedlu is responsible for the destrucction of Dodge. Facts!!!! Yet fools think he is some savior. He is eating caviar and smoked salmon and prime rib every night drinking the finest wines and cocktails. He is now going to play another role called destroyer of Dodge ram. FACTS!!!!!!!!! Liken Dodge and Timmy to Disney and Marvel movies. Disney and marvel are flopping worse than a fish out of water with the current leadership and will continue that downward trend. Just like Timmy and Dodge will do. FACTS!!!!!!! They dont care about you. They care about producing the biggest POS for the least ammount of cost while charging you 2x as much. They dont care if they sell only one vehicle because the profit margin is the same if they sold 4-5 vehicles 4-5 yrs ago. They are not losing any money at all. Only their profits are down not their revenue.
Iam from Chicago fam I know all about hammers, along with hammers and vogues, 30 spoke cragar starwires and vogues, or cragar starwires and quarter inch white walls also growing up in Chicago during the 80s and 90s was always a box chevy, chevy blazer, mustang 5.0, olds ninety eight, buick park avenues, along with short body cadillacs on hammers and vogues
Bro you are absolutely right people have their own preconceived notions of what a car means to humanity! They will ignore all the facts like consumer satisfaction reports and the reports of various insurance companies in America. the people that say Nissan Altima transmissions are bad knowing that all the facts prove that the Nissan transmission is probably one of the most reliable transmissions in the country especially now in 2024 considering all these American car brands are having transmission/engine issues so much so that a lot of these brands are getting sued and are going through recalls right now!! People just love to hate Dodge and Nissan! And also people want the Dodge brand to die that's why they're trying to label it the black brand! Just like they did with Nissan! That's the first thing the opposite culture does when they want something to die they just say oh it's for the black people and then before you know it the white flight kicks in! But we see what they trying to do!
I have buying Mopar products for than 20 years and currently driving a Jeep SRT. With an excellent credit score and you are correct. I will continue to buy Mopar products, but I had the worst experience very time I buy a Mopar car.
They all do it. You just don’t hear it. Your judged the minute you walk through the door. My last bad experience was Plainfield (NJ) Genesis. Never again, unfortunately they were 1 of 3 dealerships on the east coast that had the car I wanted. I came with cashier’s checks & they caved first. Plus I studied for the test, when the car was assembled, cleared the port, invoice price, how long they had it, how many sold so far in the states! Same car 60 miles away on/ in Long Island was $9.8K more! I think all the dealerships have alienated their fan base.
In Poland chrysler/dodge/jeep/ram are very popular among all american brands that people in Poland love. Personally I own a Durango R/T. Thank you for the video, Sir! 🤝
You are spot in your comments my friend. Tim K is not gonna turn the ship around on a dime. This is going to be a multi year process with some big bumps in the road. Im personally more worried abt how stretched financially the average american is right now. I hope Im wrong but I think we are gonna have a couple of bumpy years for the US. Love the video!!! Thank you!
When people tell you, you shouldn't buy that car because of your financial situation. That's not them hating or having a negative mentality. That is the truth. As a man you should learn to accept reality. Instead of living in a fantasy.
A charger is a charger to me. Rather its a gt, stx, hellcat redeye or demon that shit means nothing to me. While you're in debt trying to impress other people who dont care like me. 🤭
I didn't buy my dream car until I was 52 years old, because I couldn't responsibly afford it until 52. The problem is more and more people, with each passing generation, feel too entitled about getting things they AREN'T entitled too. That's the "stupidity" and the "trap" that's happening. They want it now, when they're young, instead of WAITING like a sane and responsible person would.
Totally agree, but social media algorithms consistently put videos and commercials in these guys' faces of young people portraying a luxury rented lifestyle, and that's a problem. Thanks for commenting. 👍🏾
I loved my dad Camaro Z28 it was supposed to be my car my dad gave it away for free😢. It was running to my mother was supposed to bring me to pick it up she took to long😢.
Everyone is hating on the new Dodge Hornet. I bought a 2024 Hornet R/T with the track pack. It's a really fun car, and my dealership experience was pretty good. Haters are going to hate.
What kills me is how I see the MOPAR drivers that get tired of being in traffic and speeding past the slower traffic that is safely moving at or above posted speeds; only to be stopped by the same traffic light that the same traffic they're in is stopping at. "Well, welcome to the front role. Are you happy?" And now YOU'RE telling me that the young owners of these beautiful vehicles are rollin' in them with much less than desirable credit scores? Why does Chrysler make this seemingly, so easily possible?
Yes but they shoot the price on them so high right now no one can buy them cause I put 9 thousand down when I get my ram 1500 and I paid it off so that not a lot of us but I went through a credit union for my loan but at the time thing's were different than
Regular car reviews is spot on Dodge is like Nissan 500 credit score, 0 down payment, don't know any better customers, cop car plastic fantastic interior lol(cha-ching!!!)😂.
HM, I always like to go into the dealership and start talking crazy. I ask them where are the dancing girls while they’re running my credit. My poor wife just rolls her eyes at me. I tell em I got 5 kids for a reason, give me some entertainment while I’m sitting here. The whole place just walks by to see who the crazy one is buying a car that day.Mike the Greek
So long as the "culture" keeps placing these cars on a pedestal, the stereotypes will be here to stay. If you got yours the right way, who cares what people have to say? Just know you won't be seeing yours hooked up to a repo truck. That being said, I'm not gonna get mad at an observation.
The only wrong way to get one is to steal it. Why should you even care how much someone else has gotten theirs. There is a reason it is called theirs and not YOURS!!!!!!!!
@StrykerGSP if you're making 45k buying a 100k car, you have a poverty mindset. I absolutely want you to have what you want. I just don't think it's right to sacrifice years, decades even, of your life just to be able to say YOU AINT UP ON THIS.
The reason ppl say those negative comments is because there’s hundreds of videos of ppl doing a “how I afford my hellcat” videos and nearly ALL of em put nothing down, needed a co-signer, needed to be added to their GRANDMOTHERS insurance, live with their babymomma AND have a $1200 payment. You add all that up then yes the comment section SHOULD be roasting them. Because they’re the jacka$$es on the road tryna stunt and flex.
Dodge lost me years ago. I stopped buying their cars long ago. The company is criminal. They have horrible business practices and horrible cars. They look nice. But they are made horribly. I currently drive a Lexus, and that's where I am staying. Dealing with their service debt. A1, they treat you soooo nice.
I got that 2010 GT500 47k miles I paid 41k for it I love it I was going to get a hellcat and I’m glad I didn’t. My payment is $649.15 That’s all I can handle ___________________ V8 540 HP 5.4 V8 Supercharged baby!
Eyes wide open,I'm right there with you.Dodge is a live style.ask a salesman where he used to work it's always somewhere else, they can't make up their mind I have.Dodge all the way.
The things these salespeople are saying aren’t trying to portray certain people in a category. It’s experiences they have seen over time. Basically it’s the truth. Don’t fault them for telling the truth. This is something I have seen and heard myself. The used car market is flooded with repoed dodge cars from this very same problem. Are supposed to pretend it isn’t happening??
Seriously my guy, don't be a hypocrite...you have done reaction videos of customers with 400 credit scores trying to buy a Dodge, and customers with insane car payments.
Key words reaction videos🤷🏾♂️ how is that being a hypocrite and I have stated multiple times in those videos how these particularly situations do not apply to everyone. I also always try to give positive feedback on how not to end up in these types of situations. So your comment is VOID! Doesn't even apply to this video, sir.
@HemiMuscle Sir, did you not state the comment from the Dodge salesmen is not a practice seen at Lexus dealerships. Which I'm sure, if so, you would've done reaction video highlighting this rampant behavior cuts across all dealerships..not just Dodge.
I will never go back to Dodge. Purchased two Challengers and one Charger from 2016 through 2019... I gave the charger to my son, sold one Challenger and have one left that I barely drive. I recently purchased a convertible M8 ...I will never go back to Dodge.
Every vehicle model got stereotype like example : pick up truck are known to be used by hard working country folks and minivan are for mom with kids and ricer cars like civic are known to be used by teenagers. Every car got a typical owner stereotype. It's hard too not see it that way because it subcontusly ingraved in car intusia mind
I just have a negative feeling about using vehicle for hooliganism whether it be a Charger, Challenger, Mustang, Camaro or whatever. these dangerous and inconsiderate antics (donuts, intersection takeovers etc.) make the streets a dangerous place for everyone else.
Oh no, don't get offended now! Dodge fan boys created everyone those stereotypes. No better than BMW fan Boys or Tesla fan boys. Dodge fan boys crap on the V6 guys, the 5.7 guys...hell, even the Scat Pack guys if they owned a hellcat. RCR was on the money. Here's one more stereotype! Buying a used Dodge is as suspect as buying a used EV 🤔 How much longer will that engine really last😭
Don't pay any attention to that buy whatever car you desire they said the same thing about Cadillacs back in the day and black people came to the rescue of Cadillac or it wouldn't be around today they said the same thing about Impalas
Every single vehicle is overpriced not just Dodge or chrysler or jeep or Ram. Look at all the recalls on ford GM chevy toyota VW BMW Mercedes. All producing cheaply made vehicles with shotty corrupt trashy union workers!!!!!! Facts!!!!
Dodge lost me when the Mopar robberies went viral, and the price of a scat pack was more than a V8 RS5.
if you dont want your vehicle stolen, take precautions. any vehicle can be easily stolen right out of anyones driveway, especially cars less than 10 years old with key fobs and no actual keys

What scat pack is more than an RS5? Unless you’re speaking a used one that tasted that Audi depreciation.
Nice! I bet your hellcat puts a big smile on your face. thanks for sharing 💪🏾💯
We have no problems with electrical cars, but we have a serious problem with buying cars that pretend to be something they are not and simply cannot be no matter how hard they try.
i agree with the prices being too high, way too high. but theres nothing wrong with their "reputation" ive owned several and theyre very reliable. i also work at a shop and see many chrysler products running strong with hundreds of thousands of miles on them
@@drewdevon2009he didn’t say shit about their reputation he’s talking about muscle car era of V8s.
Real TALK!
The Dodge Ram Jeep service department here in central Phoenix is the worst. They weren't even answering their phone calls.
Appreciate your honest feedback 🤝🏾
@ I do think it’s a shame that this is the rep we get as MOPAR owners because there are some people, even ones I met personally, that’ll not prioritize their finances over clout. BUT, that can go for any brand of car. It’s just that our cars ARE muscle cars for the street and they ARE very reputable in their own right so naturally the attention will be there culturally as well.
Okay, so you are part of the 2 % who got it right, congrats!
@@Tucknroll88 I mentioned the GED part first for a reason, some people are more “educated” than me but lack the discipline it takes to achieve even mild success. Trying to be inspiring
It's funny to me what people think of a Dodge customer. I make 90k, 800 plus credit score.. I love the car but it's terrible what what they think of us.
dodge fucked up when 70k vehicles became 200k, 20k jeeps became 70k jeeps, etc etc
What's it like being rich?
Once upon time dodge was affordable for the working joe however now days dodge has taken advantage of the pandemic and never looked back jmo🤷🏾♂️
Facts💯
Dodge is going out business just like nissan

My neighbor bought a Tesla it was delivered to his house,no bullshit. He never spoke to a salesperson. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Peplease need to buy according to their income your car shouldn't cost more than your house🤷🏿. I'm just saying 🤷🏿
I find this hard to believe, if their credit is that bad who’s going to finanace them
@kevinc158 it's pretty simple, high interest. If you look at repo videos you will know what's happening.
I will never buy a Chrysler vehicle again. Way too many electrical issues
I had a 19 scatpack and 2 21 Durango SRT’s. When my Durango got stolen when i moved to atl. I got a blackwing and never looked back
RCR never met a stereotype they didn't love.
Yeah RCR sht talks every car and brand and uses their stereotypes, he isn't singling out Mopar. And yes the cult of Tim is wild.
Man I remember being 13 and seeing a super bee ram pickup man that when I told myself ima get one some day
I completely agree with what you're saying. Oh, by the way, I'm going 19+ years making car payments on 7 vehicles during that time. I am currently working on paying my scat & daily a year before the contract states. Them I'm done with payments & new new vehicles. 🙏🏼😤
I’ve never been interested in domestic cars. Japanese brands/ imports captured my heart as a child in the 90s, and what I consider nice cars.
It doesn't make sense. I see more trucks on the road that cost way more than my 2020 scatpack 1320
Probably because trucks are more practical in today’s climate of transportation, what good is 800 hp if you are stuck in the snow!
My dad was a Camaro guy, but I've been Dodge (specifically Challenger) all the way.
Mopar vehicles been around long time over all I grew up around Chrysler and dodge
Some of those comments are down right racist my opinion.
I keep saying, these cars are not just a trend. It’s a whole body of people who really care about these cars and the culture surrounding them. I think social media gets used to distort the opinions about the folks who own these vehicles
Facts!
😂
The algorithm brought me here. I like the sound of dodges and how people customize them. But I’d never own a Dodge product.
It’s crazy!
I feel ya Hemi, i take them fools a check and tell ill sign the odometer paperwork and im out! That's what a 840 credit score gives you.
Exactly 💯

Because they’re the
jacka$$es on the road tryna stunt and flex.
I got that 2010 GT500
47k miles
I paid 41k for it
I love it
I was going to get a hellcat and I’m glad I didn’t.
My payment is $649.15
That’s all
I can handle

Supercharged baby!
You can KEEP all Dodges, Nope !
dodge is losing customers because of price, and price only
Price and poor quality very poor quality
@LancelotLink1 nah the quality is fine. on par with anything else
I have a 17 Ram, a 21 Ram Classic and a 22 Challenger. I just love to be sterotyped... I'm 71... :)
Are supposed to pretend it isn’t happening??
and just where are these GenX ladies and gentlemen, no one ever sees them.
All truth slim.
I like dodge but they charge way to much...
I will never go back to Dodge. Purchased two Challengers and one Charger from 2016 through 2019... I gave the charger to my son, sold one Challenger and have one left that I barely drive. I recently purchased a convertible M8
...I will never go back to Dodge.
I feel you on that.
@HemiMuscle
The Dodge leadership and dealers, street takeovers, and EV conversion did it for me. I will always have love for the car though.
@@trueyork9290 You never had a dodge muscle car. Why lie like you have. Street takeovers? You watch too much youtube. Grow up.
@StrykerGSP
I'm a Sir. leader at a fortune 500 and own a small bussdinrss along with many cars. Be well, Sir.
Simple pricing/quality/reliability.. no science to this
Real talk bro 9:43
I bought my car in 2016 in and in 20 mins.
American car the payment is too much nobody's paying $1,000 payment $800 payments
Come on YT stop putting boat racing in my feed. Performance cars only.
They have no vehicles for gearheads!
True!
I just have a negative feeling about using vehicle for hooliganism whether it be a Charger, Challenger, Mustang, Camaro or whatever. these dangerous and inconsiderate antics (donuts, intersection takeovers etc.) make the streets a dangerous place for everyone else.
Soo true even I got fck on 2 cars😢
Oh no, don't get offended now! Dodge fan boys created everyone those stereotypes. No better than BMW fan Boys or Tesla fan boys. Dodge fan boys crap on the V6 guys, the 5.7 guys...hell, even the Scat Pack guys if they owned a hellcat. RCR was on the money. Here's one more stereotype! Buying a used Dodge is as suspect as buying a used EV 🤔 How much longer will that engine really last😭
Facts Facts Facts
I don’t trust stellantis
Don't pay any attention to that buy whatever car you desire they said the same thing about Cadillacs back in the day and black people came to the rescue of Cadillac or it wouldn't be around today they said the same thing about Impalas
Well that video, the guy was just about a hair’s breadth from being well-racist.. 🤦♂️
Dodge Hellcats are overpriced as are most dodge products.
I have to agree with you on that💯
Every single vehicle is overpriced not just Dodge or chrysler or jeep or Ram. Look at all the recalls on ford GM chevy toyota VW BMW Mercedes. All producing cheaply made vehicles with shotty corrupt trashy union workers!!!!!! Facts!!!!
You contradicted yourself a lot in this rant brother.
Ok
