Daiyan Henley had a great combine honestly looked the best to me. He seemed to have the best footwork and body control and man that dude looked fast and smooth.

After seeing Henley's 40 and the bag drill, he looks to have the smoothest footwork of any LB. Hope the Lions can scoop him up round 2.

I know man, they need that speed to cover the fast TE's and having quick closing speed is fun to watch.

Banks looks like a potential sleeper, hoping his draft stock goes up enough for him to at least be a 7th rounder, Henley's stock is probably gonna carry him into the 2nd round, his lateral running is some of the best I've seen and his performance in the senior bowl was very impressive
We really needed Banks for the South Carolina game!
Banks reminds me of Nick Bolton he covered Brock Bowers pretty effectively
Only issue with Banks is character. He has thug background and felony charge I believe.

I’d say the best looking LBs just based on this video are Simpson, Sanders, Henley and surprisingly Hall. Will Anderson still looks great and shows he’s a leader by even doing these LB drills as more of a pass rusher.

Henley is another Micah Parsons. Maybe not as strong or instinctive, but he’s definitely LB 1 for me. Finally, he’s a former college WR, which is why he’s so athletic and smooth, with a better understanding of route concepts.
Yeah based on the combine, but based on the tape it’s definitely drew sanders, I feel like the combine is pointless if you ain’t got the tape to back it up

Agree. The bar was set extremely high with expectations, and he hit that, and then some. Granted, Chicago needs OL help more than anywhere, but they couldn't go wrong drafting this guy. I wouldn't hesitate at all.

Defense wins championships, for the most part. And before anyone posts about KC-Philly, the Eagles D was overrated having feasted on mediocre teams, and a 49er team with NO quarterback, and had seen no one close to Mahomes. And there is no one close to Mahomes in this draft.

His acceleration is where he excels, plus you know he’s got motor and ability to be a 4-down lineman. Also, scheme agnostic, so 3-4 or 4-3 teams can take him and he can move all around.
