Thanks for actually explaining a lot of the lore reasoning behind it. A lot of media illiterate people saw Batman’s death and used it as a way to say it’s bad writing that the Squad was able to kill him even tho it’s explained in dialogue. Excited for Batman to come back in later seasons.

In her Arkham City DLC she manages to capture Batman and coulda killed him at any time and she managed to beat the shit out of Nightwing in her Arkham Knight DLC. Comic book stories always have inconsistencies when it comes to power level or “Vs” matchups.

Mind you, all 3 of these writers wrote Arkham Knight which wasn't great and Sefton Hill was the only one from Arkham City. That biggest part at the end where you said Bats was holding back is usually the thing that people don't think about in a lot of instances. In tons of different games/shows/movies/etc. people will always watch the fight and they'll "listen" to the dialogue but never try to understand it. Even if someone like you or even the directors comes out and tells everyone that the stronger person was holding back because they didn't want the other dead, people will still refuse to believe it solely because their favorite character lost.

Honestly, there might be an issue with the Flash segment and how you say it's a feat he survived a fight with Green Lantern. It could be argued that Green Lantern was holding back because he was talking about wanting to bring him back to the skull ship, which is consistent with Batman keeping Flash alive. So I don't think Flash is capable of handling Green Lantern's full power if he was holding back and still beat Flash

And as far as canonicity stands, I'd predict based on how hard the game is being hated on (and rightfully so tbh) it's gonna end in a "batman and robin situation " where it's subsequently considered as a non canon parallel world and that we get afterwards another game/comic/whichever else that would be the new/true canon. Because even if Arkam Batman came back, Suicide Squad undone entirely what he did at the end of Arkam Knight where he hinted an opportunity for a possible Batman Beyond. TLDR, great work on the vid but MAN, the PIS is INSANE and it probably won't remain "canon" for long anyway.

Can you please do an in-depth video as to how Cap and Buckey were able to beat Iron Man in Civil War? Iron Man's phase 1 and 2 feats make it seem like he should've slaughtered them even in close quarters, and especially since he's bloodlusted. It doesn't make sense how he was able to box Thor longer in the mark VI, than the two of them in a more superior suit.
Arkham Batman is literally dead and will never come back. That’s a fact…. He is nerfed and might be one of the few canonical Batman that are DEAD DEAD.

Green Lantern would be making his constructs as tough as possible when fighting Flash, who's armor can withstand cracking apart giant Lantern constructs, and Batman would be wearing the same armor. So Batman would be able to be armored against forces comparable to a nuke, then he's amped massively by Brainiac.

While I have not played suicide squad, where it is fair, i do think it is disingenuous to say harley isnt capable. People underestimate her, both in universe and even irl, but thats kind of her thiing. Shes originally a lacky of joker, who held her back, but its alluded to multiple times that shes possibly as capable as joker himself. This is even said in arkham knight where harley becomes an actual threat and joker in batmans mind says something along the lines of "wow she did all of this! (taking over the movie studios) she could never do anything like this before. its almost something was holding her back" which obviously alludes to joker holding harley back. Not to mention this video even poitnts out that after joker's death in Arkham city, in the harley quinn dlc, Harley's first outing got batman captured. In arkham knight she was able to beat nightwing who is bassicly batman's equal. And in the main campaign is said to be more dangerous than ever. Like a lot of arkham batman's story, the characters do have arcs, they're just really subtle. In any case, for harley specificlly, i think it does make sense that she would stay dangerous, and even more dangerous from being locked up and probably just imagining ways to kill batman in arkham over 5 years kinda like what frieza did in hell

Funniest part about it is the fact that he fought them IN HIS OWN CAVE, would there not have been set up alarms for bigger level threats that he could activate to call the league for help or would he not just evade and fight them at a more vulnereable position? To be honest, even though suicide squad absolutely sucks, I felt like a way better boss fight for the batman fight would be if it was an actual “ scary fight “ if you guys get what I mean Like you’re in the shadows, or a dark area and Batman scares you while hunting you down, almost more like a horror game aspect, but instead we got shoot him to death 😂
I never had a problem with Arkham Batman dying (it was already predictable since the name of the game is "KILL the Justice League"), but rather with the way he would die. Now, it's more understandable and tolerable in how it was done, but the game still sucks anyway, it would still be better to see the goat whipping the floor with all 4 (even if that meant Brainiac winning, it would still be a sight to behold)

That biggest part at the end where you said Bats was holding back is usually the thing that people don't think about in a lot of instances. In tons of different games/shows/movies/etc. people will always watch the fight and they'll "listen" to the dialogue but never try to understand it. Even if someone like you or even the directors comes out and tells everyone that the stronger person was holding back because they didn't want the other dead, people will still refuse to believe it solely because their favorite character lost.

Honestly, there might be an issue with the Flash segment and how you say it's a feat he survived a fight with Green Lantern. It could be argued that Green Lantern was holding back because he was talking about wanting to bring him back to the skull ship, which is consistent with Batman keeping Flash alive. So I don't think Flash is capable of handling Green Lantern's full power if he was holding back and still beat Flash

The only thing they can do to make this story right is to just be a dream. I dont know how, maybe batman dreams and braniac is trying to crush his will by making his fears of his new family and him dying by the hands of criminals such as suicide squad.

We just had this man describe how they were able to dodge Superman's lasers, and that they receive incredible enhancements throughout the game.

I'm just pointing out the lanterns didn't amp the guns themselves as far as I've seen and considering how Batman is a master of not killing, he should still be decimating the entire squad as he should still be able to access most of his abilities and strength to knock them out.
And as far as canonicity stands, I'd predict based on how hard the game is being hated on (and rightfully so tbh) it's gonna end in a "batman and robin situation " where it's subsequently considered as a non canon parallel world and that we get afterwards another game/comic/whichever else that would be the new/true canon. Because even if Arkam Batman came back, Suicide Squad undone entirely what he did at the end of Arkam Knight where he hinted an opportunity for a possible Batman Beyond.
TLDR, great work on the vid but MAN, the PIS is INSANE and it probably won't remain "canon" for long anyway.

Can you please do an in-depth video as to how Cap and Buckey were able to beat Iron Man in Civil War? Iron Man's phase 1 and 2 feats make it seem like he should've slaughtered them even in close quarters, and especially since he's bloodlusted. It doesn't make sense how he was able to box Thor longer in the mark VI, than the two of them in a more superior suit.

So cause Green Lanterns shield could withstand a nuke, and Flash survived for a while against green lantern in a suit Batman made, therefore Batman’s suit can withstand a nuke? How does that make any sense
Green Lantern would be making his constructs as tough as possible when fighting Flash, who's armor can withstand cracking apart giant Lantern constructs, and Batman would be wearing the same armor. So Batman would be able to be armored against forces comparable to a nuke, then he's amped massively by Brainiac.

While I have not played suicide squad, where it is fair, i do think it is disingenuous to say harley isnt capable. People underestimate her, both in universe and even irl, but thats kind of her thiing. Shes originally a lacky of joker, who held her back, but its alluded to multiple times that shes possibly as capable as joker himself. This is even said in arkham knight where harley becomes an actual threat and joker in batmans mind says something along the lines of "wow she did all of this! (taking over the movie studios) she could never do anything like this before. its almost something was holding her back" which obviously alludes to joker holding harley back. Not to mention this video even poitnts out that after joker's death in Arkham city, in the harley quinn dlc, Harley's first outing got batman captured. In arkham knight she was able to beat nightwing who is bassicly batman's equal. And in the main campaign is said to be more dangerous than ever. Like a lot of arkham batman's story, the characters do have arcs, they're just really subtle. In any case, for harley specificlly, i think it does make sense that she would stay dangerous, and even more dangerous from being locked up and probably just imagining ways to kill batman in arkham over 5 years kinda like what frieza did in hell

Ok, but why would a batman who is so tactically advanced that even braniac would commend him for it, fight a suicide squad which by this games canon, batman observed for a while fight the suicide squad which he can in that case see is superior to him, without calling for any backup. Funniest part about it is the fact that he fought them IN HIS OWN CAVE, would there not have been set up alarms for bigger level threats that he could activate to call the league for help or would he not just evade and fight them at a more vulnereable position? Regardless of how buffed the suicide squad is, batmans analyzing skills have been extremely nerfed if he was to take on a much more powerful foe that he has observed for a while, without the certainty of winning. Something not shown as a trait of Arkham batman in the games. Just curious you know...

I never had a problem with Arkham Batman dying (it was already predictable since the name of the game is "KILL the Justice League"), but rather with the way he would die. Now, it's more understandable and tolerable in how it was done, but the game still sucks anyway, it would still be better to see the goat whipping the floor with all 4 (even if that meant Brainiac winning, it would still be a sight to behold)
