GOOD OL KIWI LEGEND, I can tell he is a kiwi because of the "35" on his truck plus the maori name (the 35 is a thing people on the east coast of NZ have a good connection to) the 35 refers to the number 35 state highway, Legend operator & some nice scooping. It seems there are alot of 140's popping up in this section of his run. Nice video Maxi Taxi.
In Newcastle, where I live, the drivers don’t seem too often shut the bin lids but I like this truck because the garbage truck driver is shutting the bin lids when he puts them back down on the kerb which I like, because then maggots can’t get in the bins and water won’t get in the bins and stink. I wish all garbage truck drivers would shut the bin lids.
Do you have any intel on what happened to all the Dennis Spaks? I miss those trucks. You don't know what you have until it's gone. I'm pretty sure I have seen a couple garbage ones getting around once in a blue moon, but it seems the majority have been replaced by the Volvos.
You haven’t uploaded a Newcastle video this year apart from that two minute one a couple of weeks ago. Can you upload another one soon maybe next time your bins get serviced, you can record them in Newcastle please?
Nice work mate, definitely enjoyed watching this. I remember when Moreton had the Dennis fleet that they had SL00744,746 and 750 for Monday zone up at sandstone point. Wonder which truck 1578 run it replaced. Also pretty sure there’s 2 waste trucks that start at Woorim first thing Monday morning and then come back to sandstone point around mid morning to do in there aswell. Will you be getting any more Moreton bay trucks footage while up here?
I just saw one of your shorts on TH-cam the short videos that you sometimes post and the one you titled bins on the border the recycling truck Driver that emptied that big 360 Litre bin looks like the driver that empty’s my bins in Charlestown but I’m not 100% sure. Do you know if his name is Paul, hope you know which video I’m talking about Thank you

Thanks for the info. Was always curious what did around here before the Volvos come in. I believe Beachmere is also done on a Monday.

Nice video I swear this is a ex Logan Volvo truck but I could be wrong
Actually we have a few ex Logan trucks
Those are SL01514-SL01518
And SL01547
Update we now have SL01707
1547 was a green waste truck for Logan for a number of months Before it’s move north
@@tonymann9413yeah and now 1547 is used as a recycling truck working in the Wednesday zone near me
