Going to builder office directly is very good advice. I went there recently and it gives great sense of security as u get all first hand and correct information. Dealers exaggerate a lot to sell. But in some builder case reaching them directly is very difficulty.

Builder sent allotment letter on 28th October and draw held on 18..now asking payment on 2nd November..people applied for loan are stuck...builder not helping and extending time....
U should have started loan ka kaam on 19th. Allotment letter us not starting point for loan. U do paper work n give allotment letter when it comes n they give u payment for installment.

What is the cancellation charges in " Redraw", if customer didnt get good unit and surrendering just after redraw result? Usually redraw happens after 2 years of commencement of project however for applicant this is just a new entry. Cancellation shall be Rs 25000 or 25000+1% or 25000+3% ... pls advise
In Conscient Habitat there was glitch when we were filling the form it was not taking address of any other city except Gurugram. Please guide what to do now to correct this problem. Have not received allotment letter due to this thing

Sir, plz advice me at the following 1) I hv an allotment in affordable project in Faridabad sec 45, opposite Mevla Maharajpur Metro Station, 2 BHK, by Sarvome, more than one year ago. But, still no construction started. My salary account bank is not disbursing the installment, all the documentation have been completed .And it had already sanctioned house loan 90 percent. I hv deposited 10 percent to the builder. What should I do ? 2) Is the BBA should be compulsorily registered in tehsil ? I hv received it from builder without registered and my bank also did not questioned on it.
