I have been away in Alaska for 10 days filming videos and making this new Stay Fishy video for you. I'm excited for you to see one of my favorite places in the world. That was great. Brooke is so fun I'm happy to see her here more hopefully. I spent 40+ years steelhead fishing the PNW and was definitely competitive with my man. We had so much fun, looser does dishes😊 I'm old and disabled now but enjoying it watching you guys. ❤
Can I just say I love that Brooke goes on these adventures with you! Me and my fiance have a mutual love of golfing so its something we do together that never feels like were forced into it and allows us time to just be in each others space without it being too much. Not to mention her camera skills are top tier + she has a cute dog its a win win situation lol. (Also little dog is getting some grays hes becoming a little old man right before our eyes)
Addicted crew should do a golf outing. Kinda weird how golf is back in, don’t like it myself cause tee times are hard. Sure it would be hilarious to see em on the track though.. Toughest game there is!

@@conk8636 I started playing as a kid since my grandfather played and it hilarious how many people go 'eww golf' lol. Its pretty calming once you get the hang of it + if you drink its always an acceptable place for a beer.
Just gotta say",i ALWAYS carry my glock 20' 10mm or 44 mag when in Alaska

I was bummed to have missed your videos for the last few weeks, but then you hit us with and hour and twenty minutes of pure awesome. This was so very worth the wait. Glad you guys caught some amazing fish and had a blast. Definitely have Brooke give more information about edible plants and things of that nature. We used to dip net hooligan on the shores of the ocean in Alaska when I lived there as a kid. Tempura battered or flour, seasoning and fry and you can't go wrong.

I grew up near Fairbanks and now call Anchorage my home. Welcome to my neck of the woods! You’ll have to do an interior Alaskan trip sometime. 👍🏻
That's what I keep telling him. He'd have a blast going after pike and burbot on the Tanana or the nenana or the chatnika.
This makes me excited for my steelhead trip on the Kenai Peninsula tomorrow!

Crunching those hooligan tails reminds me of frying up a mess of panfish. Favorite part is crunching the tails. And just like you are saying a lot of guys consider them bait. But I'd rather eat the bluegill than the catfish that people catch with them. Especially since our lakes have a lot of mercury down on the bottom where they are sitting.
