Erebus is almost the only one from 30K to 40K who remains not boring. How many times can you watch Kharn fight in your head, doing the exact same thing every time gets boring from the repetitiveness of Hell. Hehe.
I'm a truck driver and regularly drive 11 hours a day. These wh40k videos give me peace during traffic and alleviates my boredom. The emperor protects.

Finished reading Devastation of Baal this evening. Thought Dante's speech was the best I heard since Sanguinius at the Eternity Gate. Checks TH-cam and sees The Amber King has uploaded the Best Speeches in Warhammer 40k. Perfect timing!
I like the contrast between Grimaldus' first speech mentioned here, as well as his "Do you see that?" speech. In case of the latter, Grimaldus has just arrived to Helsreach and is inspiring the defenders with typical Black Templar mindset. While in the former, it's been several weeks of heavy fighting and loss, and Grimaldus honours and acknowledges the defenders' sacrifice by telling their families to do their part, as well.
Came at the best time, late at night and facing a struggle. Defiance, faith, humanity really is the heart of 40k. Show the worst, and how people continue to live.

I love how Magnus’ story is Plato’s cave, super fitting for his character, and I believe it’s one of the most on point story to explain humanity, and how the world view will change when confronted with something so astounding, but yet no one else will believe you, until they leave the cave themselves, you can’t force that upon someone

The saddest and most ironic part of Sanguinius' speech, and his death, is the fact that the 13th legion and Guilliman were mere hours away from Tera, telling the loyalist forces over the vox, practically begging them, that all they had to do was hold the line, just hold for nine more hours and help would arrive... unfortunately the messages weren't received in time. The Emperor, Dorn, and Sanguinius teleported onto Horus' flagship in a last ditch effort to defeat him... and the 13th legion ended up bringing vengeance rather than salvation
EPÏKUS made an absolutely amazing voice acting of the sanguinius speech, should have included him instead. All I need now is for him to do the speech sanguinius made when he first met the Revenants.

Did like 5 or so in total, I think? lol. Like 40-60 minutes of audio the poor man had to sift through. Sanguinius is the most dignified and empathetic primarch, though, so I get the choice on what take to use :) I'll have to give that dude's take a listen, though! Always love hearing people's takes on dear ol Dad-guinius.

Every time I hear that Sanguinius speech I feel like I must defend the Eternity Gate.
This speech is making me read all the Horus Heresy just to reach that point and be there with him
Imagine hearing it while doing sport or gym, the testosterone boost is insane.
it also feels good knowing not a single soul who was addressed by Sanguinius got up and left.
Sanguinius gave the best speech, but his son gave the second best. A genetic trait if anything.
