The question is if the land price now at 10000 rupees for sq feet will grow 200 times in 20 times...that will be exponential growth ...will be interesting to understand it...when it is no longer in the reach of people(like me and many other middle class folks)...the transactions will definitely decrease and so the interest on that respective property or investment ...again....of course I can invest in property that is 60 kilometres from Bangalore but again it costs at least a crore or even more for a small piece of land...will be interesting to understand it....I would rather start investing in the stock market where there is no limit for the minimum investment(say even 500 rupees)

@@eshwarpadkantwar you can fulfill the demand of home for growing population by making skyscrapers on the same limited piece of land, therefore you don't need new land for residential purpose. But for providing food to that growing population either you have to clear forest for new Agricultural land or be dependent on other countries for food which is not a good choice under current circumstances, so in future price of agricultural land will increase.
