Never met my father, I wasn’t raised with my mother, came as an immigrant, I had nobody to even show me the path, but I thank all those events because now I see through darkness, now I’m immune to discouragement, now I see the purpose. 47 years old never did anything that i could be proud of, never made my mother proud or my sister my kids my wife, she actually told me to YOUR GOING NO WHERE, that hurt but its lit a spark in me right then and there it was some that i needed to hear from someone i love to feel that way about me, its all good, from that moment on im going to prove everybody wrong all of them, its going to be hard but i really want it to be i want to sweat, cry get mad all that, with this video i might not listen to the whole 3 hours everyday but dammit im going to listen to at least 30 minutes of it a day.......THANK YOU 4 THESE VIDEOS THERE GOING TO CHANGE MY LIFE.

Feb 2022 i was 300 no motivation didnt care what i put in my body was eating fast food every day, now aug 2022 im 215 and have been hitting the gym the last two months been passionate about hiking as well and feel so much better about myself and much more energy to get out and do things.
